    Anyone who has talked about character issues with guys like Pickens needs to be saying no to Hill, who has a long history of off-field issues, including violence against women.

    There is no reason to believe he will suddenly improve in that area. They had their stud receiver with great hands, but they were dumb enough to trade Pickens.
