You can tell how they feel when they say that a girl that like to have sex is slutty. Just because a woman is a freak, and likes it doesn't make her slutty, no more than it makes a man slutty. The problem is they have this fantastic fantasy in thinking women are either super pure, or are slutty. That's not the real world

 

Then what is the point of pointing out the DTF tag or alleging that she went to the bathroom? What is the point of pointing out over and over again that you think she followed him around? What is the point of suggesting a scenario in which she went to the bathroom intending to have sex with him, then changed her mind?

Never mind that none of it matters if she was too drunk to give consent.

 

Wrong again, my friend. A slut is simply a person who has multiple casual sexual partners. If you want to claim I'm being derogatory by using the term, I love the irony coming from someone who assumes Roethlisberger's accuser is a liar just because you don't want to believe he is that bad of a guy.

It has nothing to do with Ben. It has to do with what's right, and what's wrong, and how some of you view women.

Of course they have. I believe Roethlisberger's other accuser was one of them, but that is because her own friends said she bragged to them about having sex with him when it happened.

There is a hell of a lot of ground between knowing that there are false accusers and assuming that this woman was one when we know Roethlisberger's behavior that night was, at best, scummy.

There is nothing obtuse about my questions. Isn't pointing out the DTF tag and the two groups ending up at the same places multiple times part of your argument that she gave consent? Keep in mind that by all accounts, she drunk to the point that she was incapable of giving consent. That isn't my argument. That is the law.

Then there is the scenario you posted about her going to that bathroom and changing her mind, which then led to him pushing her, which is how she ended up with abrasions. If that happened, you have a man who will assault a woman who denies him sex. I don't know how big she is, but I imagine she was a hell of a lot smaller than Roethlisberger. Are you really certain that a man who assaults a woman who denies her sex, even just a push, wouldn't go farther?

 

He tried to cover up that he had sexual contact with her at first. There were witnesses that point out dirtbag behavior by him and his crew that got her to that bathroom. I don't know if he actually raped her or not, but this assumption that she changed her mind after the fact is problematic, to say the least.
