    One more time Brice

You are ignoring all of the facts and details that were included in this decision and the finances

Since you clearly do not understand the suit would be better if you did your homework first or babbled about something where have a little knowledge

On thus subject I’m out I’ll let some else try to educate you

The Facts and Details of the Finances just say that are cutting costs by being... Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. On having to share their training facility with the college.

Did I answer your question? Just read any NFLPA End Of Year player report card and it will tell you all the Steeler players hate this cost cutting "Roommate" arrangement.

I guess you are claiming the Steelers do not share their training facility with the college.

    Let me prove you wrong.

The Pittsburgh Steelers and the University of Pittsburgh Panthers football team share the UPMC Rooney Sports Complex, a unique joint training facility located on Pittsburgh's South Side
Shared Expenses: Costs for upgrades to shared indoor practice areas and campus technology are typically split between the Steelers and UPMC, with Pitt contributing to renovations in their specific designated areas.

Every single other NFL team has their own training facility. Only the Steelers share expenses with a local college.

I know the facts Brice and I never suggested that

It’s just you trying to hide behind the real lie you stated

    So let me see now

You make no attempt to check the facts

You state information that is false in order to push your agenda

    You ignore history

If I close my eyes I envision you with orange hair wearing a red hat

Do some research. The 3 new stadiums in Pittsburgh, because they are all under 25 years old faced significant hurdles in how much state and local funding was going to foot the bill for these new facilities. There is still some fairly big issues concerning the land the Igloo sat on prior to its being torn down as well as the neighborhood that local government claim imminent domain on in order to build in the first place. Im not privy to all the legal hoops that Pitt and the Steelers have had to jump through to gain public approval for building both Heinz field and the Southside facilities but I'm willing to bet that terms of the deal by the city involved the use of both the stadium and Southside equally by both was what finally greased the wheel to gain public approval.

As many local residents have pointed out this season there is not a lot of spaces around Pitt that they could build a new stadium for football games as well as facilities for them to train in separate from the ones at Southside. This would again involve public opinion as well as money in order to begin the process of adding new projects. There is a reason that teams like the Niners, Chargers, Rams, Raiders and so on play in spots that aren't technically in the cities that the teams are based in. The Vikings had to share facilities with the Gophers during the interim between US Bank stadium being completed and the Metrodome being demolished. In the end the ownership had to foot a larger part of the bill to order to get public approval.

This is all to say if you want Pitt and the Steelers to quit sharing space inside the city limits and build newer, high end facilities for both you better start the public campaign now because in my experience huge public works projects like stadiums and the training facilities that go hand in hand with them are usually met by very stout conservative resistance and NIMBY attitudes.

Somehow I don't see how they are doing better than we did, and I believe in all reality, neither do You, but it sounds good.
