If his lawyer is counting on winning to get paid then hes dumber than his client.

    Not so much

Attorneys of this type seldom go to court

They will try to negotiate something

It cost nothing to file the motion(s) and see what happens

    Personally I would fight it

He also sued the Lions/Stadium who would have had a better case if they had thrown him out rather than doing nothing

    Also ARII is an attorney

Im basing it off of them going to court. I dont agree this guy has a lawyer that isnt getting paid, if DK and the Steelers dont settle, the guy will need to win to keep himself out of huge legal debt. The guy doesnt look to be too wealthy.

You apparently don’t watch Perry Mason reruns in the afternoon

Many ads for “you don’t pay unless we get money for you”

It’s on a contingency basis and the attorneys only take the case if they think they can negotiate something

Last thing they want to do is go to court

Otherwise poor people could never go to court

That piece of scum is not paying a nickle

Hsve you ever heard of Attorney Edgar Snyder he’s on the tv a lot

Big firm 3 attorneys a whole lot of accounts called negotiators

    He doesn’t go to court

Just saw an ad for an attorney like this

    Followed by Medicare options

    Followed by life insurance

    Followed by Carshield

    Repeat

By purchasing a ticket and entering an NFL stadium, fans agree to a revocable license that requires compliance with strict conduct policies, grants the NFL rights to use their image, and mandates a waiver of liability for injuries. Violations can result in immediate ejection, ticket revocation, and bans. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
    Key agreements and terms include:

    • Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver: Fans voluntarily assume all risks (including injury, death, or illness) and waive claims against the NFL, teams, and stadium management.
    • Media Release: Fans grant the NFL, teams, and partners a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their likeness, voice, and image in any broadcast or promotional material.
    • Code of Conduct: Attendees agree to follow all stadium rules, including bans on unruly behavior, intoxication, and throwing items. Failure to comply can lead to immediate removal without refund.
    • Security & Search Consent: Fans consent to searches of their person and belongings, including bag checks.
    • No Ticket Resale Restrictions: Tickets cannot be used for unauthorized advertising, promotions, or gambling, and resale above certain limits may be prohibited.
    • Arbitration Agreement: Fans often waive their right to sue in court or participate in class-action lawsuits, agreeing to resolve disputes through arbitration.

Obviously this won't cover the defamation suit against Sharp and Johnson but would technically negate any suit against Metcalf and the Steelers.

Metcalf is good at finding trouble everywhere he goes. Sadly I don't think any coach has challenged him to be a better human. Without this proper mentoring at times he's like a wild animal and not in control of his emotions. It was like a country club atmosphere for the last several years on the Steelers. Thankfully the person responsible for stopping this bad behavior was fired/let go/quit. As I would say to my players during my coaching days, "I'm going to free you from your cages and we'll win a championship". That's exactly what I did. This is why a rigid structure and zero tolerance is the key to winning.

The Lions fan have done this before, his lawsuit will be thrown out and he will have to pay lawyer fees for nothing

I find your post confusing and contradictory. Not trying to be critical of your thoughts its just you say you will free them from their cages and you'll win championships which they did but then you immediately say they need a rigid structure with zero tolerance to win. Isn't that in essence a cage? Or did you mean you are freeing them from the cage of their own making full of doubt and fears and giving them a cage of rigid restrictions that frees them from the impulses that would ruin their careers

He is getting free publicity. Maybe that helps his business. Maybe he just likes attention.
