Playing a role, and actually being the safety are two different things.
Again. He only started at safety week 9 , or 10, and then only played 69% of the time at that position. I've tried telling people, but they either don't listen, don't care, or can't tell that when most of his bad plays came he wasn't playing the safety position. So how can You blame him for the safety problem??
That's like blaming Mount Washington on the blocking problem when he is going out on a route.

You can't put it to bed. If You haven't realized it yet, when Tomlin said his Tomlinisms, the whole NFL started using them.
Example: Iron sharpens Iron, Standard is the Standard, Don't Blink, and so on. You can't hear a team, players, or even explayers speak without hearing them. While many Steelers fans complained about his talk, others around the league were copying it.

Well, I'm sure Ramsey was playing some safety against the Ravens in the season finale with those blown coverages . Dugger and Ramsey play at the end of the season wasn't good enough.

I just wish the word “physicality” would go away

It’s like every announcer now has to find a way to work it in

McCarthy is more plain spoken, hes not the kind of guy that will use these fancy catch phrases, which i prefer over Tomlins double - political speak where he was good at speaking a-lot without really saying anything

what i would lkke to see is more coaches copying Jim Moras post game interview style - now that would be entertaining…”playoffs?”

    Mhmm...

As far as Safeties go?! Kamari Ramsey from USC, Bud Clark from TCU, Jalon Kilgore from the Gamecocks, or even Genesis Smith from the University of Arizona would all be good additions to add during the draft. Among the three, given Patrick Graham's propensity for being both versatile and malleable, Kilgore would be a very enticing option. Jalon can play both in the box, as a big slot option or a Deep FS in both Cover 2 and Cover 4 looks. Ideally one would wish he could be a true Centerfielder but those types of Safeties who can play every coverage while having the athleticism to match are so comically rare.

Caleb Downs is close but not the unicorn prospect that the likes of Kyle Hamilton, Minkah Fitzpatrick or Derwin James were coming out. Wish Downs had more juice athletically. That said, he does possess the best overall processing speed of any Safety I have ever scouted.
