Then how come they have spent years trying to fix it?

This is the year to fix it they have the money to spend in free agency, and they have 12 draft picks.

Shame we didn't think of that when wasted the season chasing delusional dreams instead of beginning a rebuild...the path to take was so obvious.

We could be in top 10 with 12 picks, with the draft in Pittsburgh, with a new regime in place, but no, we're at 21 again, with a retread HC and Art looks to be thinking of running it back with a 42 year old.

    Dumb dumb dumb.

Changing coaches was the main factor.

It's unfortunate that DK missed those last 2 games, he probably would've gotten over 1000 yards otherwise.

DK runs that same universe as Claypool.

Oddly enough we fleeced da Bears with Claypool and the Seahags fleeced us with DK. 30m large per.

Dk was easily one the biggest disappointmenting offseason acquisitions, but i do have to rank him behind Jonnu Smith.

Darius Slay says hello... couldn't even finish the season. DK farther down that list.

I think Omar does alright...maybe not receivers.
Can we call Colbert and ask him to just pick our receivers? :roflmao:

    Colbert picked Diontae Johnson

    George Pickens

    Calvin Austin III

None of that turned out well

Not for me I had no expectations Slay would be good he was another Patrick Peterson like I figured he would be. Jonnu was the most disappointing player considering the season he had the year before in Miami.

You need to quit being so giggly about “12 picks”

7 of those are round 4 or later

Statistically they will be lucky to get one good starter out of that

And there is little trade value with those picks

It’s pennies and nickels when you need folding money

And money in FA gets you fill in the blank players mostly

Well, the first two had solid talent relative to draft position but ran themselves out of town due to emotional maturity issues that seemed to intensify while they were here.

Austin was an end-of-4th round compensatory pick. He’s been a decent contributor for his draft position and I’d love to have him back at an appropriate level of pay - and in the appropriate role as a 3rd or 4th WR.
