Peyton was his own worst enemy to go for it on fourth down in the first half instead of a FG try. I don't care for him, but he is certainly the lesser of two evils in that game. I hate the Patriots organization.

 

Shula would not be in play for a lateral move. If LaFleur gets HC job in Arizona, Scheelhaase gets promoted by Rams to OC and gets positioned for next cycle HC opportunities. So no, I don't think so.

 

About as dumb of a call as Carroll passing in liue of running the best in the Super Bowl. Points were going to be a premium and that was as close to a guaranteed 3 as you can get.
