McCarthy was 4-7-1 as head coach in 2018....In 2019,2020 and 2021 the packers had 13 wins in each of those years under Lafleur and a more limited Rodgers won 2 MVP in those years,so yes the packers were better under Lafleur,just come short of the ultime goal

LaFleur also has had one playoff win, and one season with double digit wins since Rodgers left.
So either LaFleur , or J. Love isn't all that.
Also everyone complains about TJ contracts, yet the Packers traded two 1st round picks, a pro bowl DT, and gave the biggest contract to Parsons to have the exact same thing happen. No double digit wins, and no playoff win.

I don’t really listen to May Steelers fans about talent evaluation. Can Heyward was thrown into a pit of snakes after last year and then he came back this year and had an all pro season. Sometimes players have a bad year. Maybe TJ was hurt all year and didn’t tell anyone. Maybe you should relax with this bull****.

The Browns will always find someone that just wants a shot and the pay is fantastic. They just won't get an elite coach unless they luck out on an unknown young guy that turns out great.

Until they turn around the rest of the organization, they aren't winning anything no matter who is the coach. You have to let smart football people run football teams. When owners that know less than many fans do are making huge personnel decisions and setting up bad infrastructure, the entire thing isn't going to work.

In other words McCarthy can't coach and LeFleur can? How about this: McCarthy won SB with the Packers in his first 7 years as the HC of the Packers, and LeFleur has not?
Another example is Doug Pederson. He had some bad season, but he lead the Eagles to a SB with Nick Foles. Does he suck too because he had bad seasons?
