Watching Ram’s defense is giving me flashback to watching Tomlin’s defense. Would Shula be so highly thought of if he didn’t have Shula name. Not excited about Flores either.. I think his act will get old after 4-5 years. I liked what young Patriots defensive coordinator has done, but he took over during the season and is not a candidate. Some of the coaching could be just Vrabel. Watching Stafford somewhat struggle against Bears leads me to conclude that Mason’s effort wasn’t that bad

 

I keep waiting to hear something from the younger Dan Rooney.

Art Rooney is now a year older than his father Dan when he retired and let Art take over. The new head coach will probably be spending more years under the younger Dan Rooney that his father Art.

Very, confusing on the Rooney Family when they keep just reusing the same first name. I was told that Dan Rooney was at the Art Rooney end of year Press Conference, but did not say anything.

 

I get that. Im against Shula because I think you are right about his last name. His defense just gave up 31 to the panthers. I like Flores as he fits in well for our division. Im kinda warming up to Aden Durde...Seahawks DC....after what we just saw his defense do to the 49ers and his defense has been stout all year and he's only 46.

I thought the Rams played well on defense. Caleb Williams is an athletic freak. If any QB was playing for the Bears that’s still playing in the playoffs, Rams might have won this comfortably.

It was freezing tonight. And tired and beat up. And still the Rams Defense was getting turnovers.

 

Why were they tired and beat up?....because that supposed great defensive coordinator and his defense gave up 31 points to the lowly Carolina Panthers.

 

The best defense in the NFL allowed 28 earlier. Maybe you should get with the times. Shut down defenses don’t exist in todays NFL anymore.
