    Seriously, even bringing in McCarthy makes me lose faith in them that they will get this right.

    He’s Tomlin with an even better QB.

    My hope is that the only reason the steelers will have a interview with McCarthy is because he came from Pittsburgh and it will be nothing more than that after that...I don't think they will be serious on him.If this is the case,it will be bad

    Huh? Were you happy with what this team has morphed into? I was screaming in my car when I heard the news. Been hoping for years now.

    The coaching search is what it is. I do believe that they will hire a young up and comer and not a recycled also-ran.

    No, think the veteran Dick Lebeau with a young Mike Tomlin.

    I am seeing a lot of things about Mike McCarthy coming in as OC, with a young Head Coach. Could McCarthy be the QB Whisperer that the Steelers need to develop their own young QB?

    McCarthy has a connection to Khan, so he may want to take the Job as OC; if McCarthy thinks this is a nice soft landing position he may just want to spend a few years as OC.


    I have been wondering if any of these Head Coach candidates the Steelers are bringing in are actually interviewing for a Coordinator position.

    For anyone who has done interviews for high level employees that is a grueling schedule

    These are not 15 minute interviews and at the end of two days they all run together
