I would love to see you actually say that to him. He would turn you into a pretzel in about .05 of a second.

Mike Tomlin is a Hall of Fame coach if a comparable coach, Mike McCarthy is also considered one. Mike Tomlin's coaching record with the Pittsburgh Steelers is 193 wins, 114 losses, and 2 ties (193-114-2) in the regular season, plus an 8-12 playoff record, ending his 19-season tenure without a losing season and securing a Super Bowl XLIII victory.

Mike McCarthy's NFL head coaching record stands at approximately 176-114-2 (W-L-T) across 18 seasons (2006-2024) with the Packers and Cowboys, including 11-11 in the playoffs and a Super Bowl XLV win with Green Bay in 2010 (over Mike Tomlin's Steelers). He spent 13 years in Green Bay (125-77-2) and five with Dallas (49-35) before parting ways after the 2024 season.

Tomlin has more wins, but McCarthy has a better playoff record and coached a team that beat Tomlin's team in the SuperBowl.

If Mike McCarthy isn't a Hall of Fame coach, neither is Tomlin, a comparable coach.

Because you really think the voters are going to waste their time worrying about some coaching tree, look at Belichick the GOAT all of those guys from his tree sucked as a HC.

So, no blame to Watt and Heyward for not stepping up and making plays. Hell, I remember a lesser player like Woodley having at least two sacks in every playoff game in 2008.

Caldwell was not the head coach of the lions when they were 0-16...The lions were 0-16 in 2008.Caldwell was the Lions head coach from 2014 to 2017.His record was 11-5 in 2014,7-9,9-7 and 9-7 again in 2017.Not great but it was not awful too

Woodley was a great player in his first 4 seasons but it was also under Dick Lebeau,so it was in a total different situation

The reason why Harrison will not be in the hall of fame is because his career was short....I mean,he was 28 years old in the first year as starter. His 5 years peak from 2007 to 2011 was first ballot hall of fame caliber

Oh please, you're just making excuses for players like Watt and Heyward for disappearing in the playoffs. Last I checked LeBeau was the DC for the playoff loss to Tebow .

He face the Pats only once in the playoffs when Lebeau was our DC for the second time
