In another word, you are actually being fair when assessing coaching.
    Which I'm all about.
Hell we have a guy on here, and I won't say names, but he goes on, and on about how coaching matters, and when You bring up the coaching of let's say the Bills how they have one of the best OLs, the best rushing Rb, and one of the best pass defense.................................... all of a sudden that doesn't matter, only Josh Allen matters. LoL.
Talk about taking out of both sides of the mouth. LoL

Yeah I know, and I can't emphasize enough that I don't care if He gets fired enough. I care that people don't judge things fairly.
That's exactly what I'm getting at, why crown people so quickly. It's OK to say a player/coach is having a great season, but to judge it like it will last, or compare it to someone that has done it repeatedly is ridiculous, and then the same people acting like they didn't say it. Every single one of those coach I named have been said at one time since I've been on the board to be better than our coaches by different people, and when You bring it up magically nobody said it..

I didn't have to say a name and the guilty party shows up . More proof of someone talking out of both sides of their mouths. Apparently coaching only matters when You think it does. End of discussion.

Coaching matters until you decide that it doesn't.

Just want to get it out there; MojoUW remains very interested in the NYG coaching job as well.

    Multiple insiders are reporting it.

Am I an NFL influencer now?

Tomlin to the Ravens. Harbaugh to the Steelers. I want it to happen just so heads will explode.

Harbaugh can bring those poverty teams to maybe a winning record at least. Would be huge for them.

Harbaugh doesn't allow injuries as an excuse for underperformance.

Goofy Eagle fans are happy they fired the OC, but don’t want to fire that clown HC to try and get Harbaugh.

Harbaugh and Gruden would take them back to Super Bowl.

It’s interesting that Harbaugh is going right into another coaching gig and he only had one year less than Tomlin but yet everyone is saying Tomlin needs to take a year off.

People are speculating Tomlin stepped away for family reasons and he doesn't want to coach in 2026.

    This.

I also imagine for Harbaugh's case this is a case of pride for him. People in the media have been constantly talking about him and his rift with Lamar Jackson; now confirmed albeit somewhat by Todd Monken. Harbaugh having a fresh start, with a young QB in Jaxson Dart to go along with a young but talented team?! Seems to be the correct choice for the Giants.

Among the two teams, the Giants are in dire need of a CEO Type Head Coach. The Giants have not had such since Tom Coughlin circa the 2000s. Getting that CEO Type is what can aid the Giants to become a force once again.

Still, 18 years in the head coaching grind is a long time. Other HC’s have taken time off with less years invested under their belt than Harbaugh.

Maybe he really likes the Giants HC opportunity. It’s a prestigious job.
