I think they played the worst out of all the teams in the playoffs so far.

Justin Herbert was embarrassingly bad in that game. He is awful in the playoffs.

I don't care how physically talented he is. All that money, and he plays like a rookie that was thrown into a game every single time he has performed in a playoffs.

Wonder if Harbaugh will scapegoat OC Greg Roman. His playoff team performance with Herbert and Lamar are bad (1-5).

Roman's teams put up three points twice, 12 points twice and 20 points once.

It's really hard to say what they will do. The offense didn't play well at all, but Herbert looked like a deer in the headlights. He took a beating, but in many cases Herbert took those shots because he was frenetic and didn't know where to go with the ball. He kept double and triple-clutching the ball and not reading the defense or seeing the field. This is now three playoff games where Herbert looks lost on the field. I don't think it's a coincidence.

It's very common to make coaching changes when a side of the ball struggles that much, so I would say anything is possible.

The Bills are favored on the road in Denver next week. The Broncos are the first #1 seed to be an underdog since the league went to 7 teams in the playoffs.

it was simply a number i picked many years ago when i needed a login for a site and buzz was taken. so i started with buzz999 and it was taken as well....so then i tried 998. but yes, i expect the steelers to lose either tonight or be destroyed by the patriots next week.

back in the 90s and 2000s up until about 9 years ago i expected the steelers to win each game they entered. since that time i expect them to lose as they rarely seem prepared to play any team. i have had zero faith in this coaching staff for quite some time.

I don't know how much Tomlin has to do tonight. That Texans defense is the real deal. Both edge rushers will be tough to stop. Going to take close to perfect execution by the offense.
Defensively, I don't care about yards. Have to make them take the 3pts.
Everyone seems to be giving us a punchers chance but they're picking the Texans. I'm thinking another 4th quarter nail biter for the win.

    should be close.

I am sure AS looked HARD at those rushers.

We slowed down Garrett 3 weeks ago.

AROD cannot be so scared and ASmith has to throw screens against it and we have to run right at them. Hopeful we can have some success with the run. has to be a big night for Gainwell and Warren.

and then Muth, Austin and Metcalf MUST make plays......

It was before they went to 7 teams per conference but the 2017 eagles were also underdog against the 6th seed Falcons...Of course, big reason was because they were at their backup QB!

But this is very rare, the first seed are underdog for their first playoff game

I hope they will be competitive at least....No doubt their defense is amazing,so our defense have to keep the score down.It would be a great time to have 3-4 turnovers in a playoff game on defense,I don't remember the last time it happens for the steelers defense in the playoffs

And the steelers can't be behind by 10 points in the first 20 minutes again,it would be a nighmare scenario if this is the case...Need to be ahead or at least not too much behind, the texans are not the teams you want to playu catch up

Most wide open the AFC has been since Mahomes came into the league.

    Bills are not that good.

Denver has a defense but who knows what Bo Nix will do in his first playoff game.

NE offense is meh.. thy don’t scare me.

Texans probably the most complete team left but can they handle the cold?

Who knows wha Steelers team shows up tonight but if we win we have a great shot at the AFCCG with Aaron Rodgers veteran leadership. Can he drag us to the promise land? Will our defense show up and show out?

In the words of the great Redman. “Tonights the Night!!!”

Not sure why. Allen is playing one leg after last game.

Herbert's line didn't do him any favors. The Chargers were missing both of their starting tackles.

We were sitting and watching the Pats/Chargers game and having the same conversation. The Bills are a scarier team (even at home) than travelling to Foxboro. They did not look good at all and look more beatable than Buffalo.

Of course, all of this means nothing if the Steelers don't follow through and beat the Texans.
