LoL. Bingo. Actually I don't mind the back, and forth. Hell I actually like it, but what I hate is in the middle of a game, trying to watch the game, and being on the game day thread, and someone starts quoting stuff from a thread that has nothing to do with the game everyone is watching.
1. I hate to be distracted from the game , unless its about the game, and ....
2. Why is a so called Steelers fan not watching the game, the game thread, and is busy trying to pick fights over something that has nothing to do with the game that is being played right then in real time?
That in my opinion is trolling, and not debating. Otherwise, Im cool with it all.

My guess is that he won't get the job.

But if he does, maybe we can entice Rodgers to come back if he has a big say in who we bring at OC. That probably gets us an OC who's offensively minded. And Rodgers is likely going to be our best option at QB for next year if he comes back.

Austin’s and Meyer’s contract expires after this season. There isn’t a compelling reason to bring either of them back

 

NFL owners have got to be some of the dumbest most reactionary folks we hear about. I'm sure there is another group somewhere that is even more so, but we just don't get wall to wall coverage of their actions.

There are 8 openings now I think across the league...in a year where people who think about this stuff for a living are having a hard time naming more than 3 guys before you have to start recycling known failures.

I'm sure I have doomed the Steelers to join the coach shopping club by typing this....but this just does not seem like a good year to be looking to hire a new head coach. I mean this is how you get Mike McCarthy running the show.

 

Steelers need to lose no more. Like it to win more games.

Meyer has done a good job this season the OL has improved as the season has gone on.

 

I am curious out of our 17 game schedule did anybody see dominant OL play lets say 50 percent of the time?

 

The only reason the OL looks reasonably decent is the use of the jumbo package. Without it, this OL struggles to run block. And in pass blocking they often need extra help from TEs and RBs.
The Steelers should be doing better given the draft capital spent on the OL. Meyer needs to go.

He still has coached them up look how well the right side has played this season, they're down to their fourth string LT and still doing well.
