Like always this team has found some potential in places not named the draft and veteran free agency. He is a guy who could push his way onto the PS and potentially provide some depth next year.

Another great thing about pre-season, seeing untapped potential unleashed. He may be the next Aaron Smith, or he may be the next waiver. Stay tuned...

He was my pick for a longshot to make the 53 in another thread.
Combine his explosion number's with his high motor and there's ALOT of potential there. Maybe he goes to the PS but I'd be surprised if he was cut entirely.

heck I liked corbin Bryant from NW too when he was here. he was close to making this team last year I thought. they kept woods instead. I think arnfelt is a quicker stronger version of Bryant. we need to keep a couple of these guys in the pipeline.

    Absolutely mac..
He could bulk up a bit also, at 6'4 305 he has the frame to add 10-15 lbs of muscle IMO. I hate comparing players but he does have a striking similarity to Aaron Smith.. I don't think he's going anywhere.

If he makes it...its most likely at the expense of Woods IMO.

    and I hope he does

i'd like to see a couple of them at least hit the PS. I just wonder if he gets any time at NT in practice? hoke was only 305. this kid is much quicker and stronger. ya know they like those versatile guys. Williams could hit the IR if the knee is that bad opening up a PS spot, possibly.

Arnfelt is much quicker and stronger than Hoke? What are you basing that on?

I think you gut is right here, but I wonder if he could make it at the expense of Taamu or Fangupo. Move Woods into the middle and Arnfelt slides onto this side.

Now that being said, I don't see him being taken from the PS if that is where he ends up, and I doubt he would dress on gameday, so there may not be an advantage to keeping him at this point.

We have a bunch of non-skill position players who deserve to stay on the PS. The OLB everyone is raving about. Some guys on the Oline. WR, DBs, and RB, not a lot of potential PS guys there. Could be interesting how this roster comes together. We have a bunch of bubble guys all over the place. By that I mean we have a bunch of guys who are either make the roster, or move on as they aren't PS eligible.
