Something was fishy about that play. I mean NFL coaches can’t really be that dumb. I’m not sure you could find 5 knowledgeable fans in the universe that would say that was a really good call.

Everything you said was true but what you are missing is that Rodgers threw the ball with 1 second of receiving the snap, there were no progressions no reads, this was all determined with the play call and confirmed pre-snap that MVS will be 1 on 1 with their best CB. Why Rodgers thinks or thought that MVS could win this matchup is the mystery. Think how great a pump fake there would have been!! Gainwell as we know was wide open a quick pump fake to MVS and Gainwell could have strolled into the endzone. The 3 attempts to MVS were bad choices, its that simple hell even Muth was more open on that last play if you want to look for the lack of progression.

That’s not entirely true. A bunch of our losses earlier in the season were directly attributed to poor offensive play. A sizeable amount of that was poor play by Rodgers. We got a couple great weeks from him recently, but Sunday he largely reverted back to early season play. He wasn’t helped by losing our two best man beating receivers. Losing Washington didn’t help either.

I have caught alligators by hand. Truth. Not big ones, but up to 4 feet. I've seen a many I wouldn't have even step close to. Nothing like walking a rice field, and gazing across, and seeing a 10-14 foot one sunning itself. I had one I fed ho hos to by the pump we got water with out of the reservoir. It would show up every day at lunch.
