Wait. Injuries and QB talent matter in the NFL?

You sir are insane. Everyone knows you just coach harder and more gooder. Then you win no matter what.

It would be great if things worked like a sports movie. But that does not seem to be the case. Coaching can really really help but you gotta have the playmakers first.

So am I, but when I keep reading stuff on the board, and during the game day thread, it shows that some people don't understand this, and actually think the play callers calls a play, and actually says, only throw it here, and don't throw it to any of the other people going out on routes.

your comparing Mahomes backups to AR? Rodgers may be old but he still has more experience than all those guys in the chiefs Qb room combined. I was saying an OC could step in and show him that he may be missing something developing on the field. He may have been getting rid of it too soon from fear of getting hit. Different situation than in KC.

bottom line, we didnt make adjustments, PF and gainwell should have been used more. Cleveland guessed AR’s tendencies and no adjustments were made. Could be the OC, could be AR’s stubbornness but it was a group offensive fail yesterday. And i would venture to guess the gameplan was lacking.

Yeah, let's throw a fade route on 4th and 1 to the smallest receiver on the field and Rodgers threw the ball out of bounds .

More excuses made for other teams that you don't afford your own team. Quite amazing.
You don't think having 3 of 4 of your top pass catchers out of the game has nothing to do with it, or two of the DBs, and our best D player on the bench?

sometimes they do say that. Canadas and kP’s relationship was like that. No audibles allowed for the rook.
Your crazy. Im not making excuses for other teams. Im saying its a different situation. We still had PF and Jonnu Smith, that should more than make up for Washington. And we had Thielen, Gainwell who was running free all night and Miller. We just failed to use them. That shouldve been enough to beat the Browns.

Do you think so lowly of our players that they cant beat the browns without DK? Dont even mention CAIII, hes a no 3 pass catcher at best.

Rodgers was a fool not throwing to Gainwell with DK out.. AND Washington..whats wrong with him --every throw to his former buddy..WTF--Get them out and take DK with you. But not Gainwell keep him. He is like Warren he wants to win. Also Pat --MUTH keep him..

Terry Bradshaw was guilty of that. Once he made his mind up there could be three defenders and he would chunk it anyway.

He basically did on the last drive.

Too bad he went loco after that throwing to MVS 3 times.

Comparing 1970’s NFL to 2025 NFL would be a waste of my time. It would be a never ending book of changes.

Easy to do when you have two hall of fame receivers to throw to.

Arot only had eyes for MVS
He has done this numerous times with DK
    Which resulted in ints
No matter if there is 3 defenders on his chosen wr
    Will still throw it anyway
Overall a good qb but in key scenarios makes poor decisions

Sometimes Rodgers wants to hurry up and run a play before there is a replay or catch the defense with 12 men on the field, but Arthur Smith wants to send in his substitutions.

That's because Rodgers football IQ is a lot higher than Smith's.
