If we lose today and to the Ravens, do we cut DK?

    Already ruined this season.

Why take a chance again next season.

Why are you so obsessed with Pickens/DK? We get it, for the 100th time, you wanted Pickens over Metcalf.

I think the question in the title is a fair question to debate. I am sure many would not agree, but I think they should release him since his guarantees for 2026 and 2027 can be voided. His behavior last week was inexcusable, no matter what was said by that Detroit fan. He is currently the 2nd highest paid player on the roster based on average annual value. I think DK is a very good receiver, but not worth that $133M extension. While the Steelers may not have any other starting caliber receivers, the team will likely be in major transition at QB next year. I just don't see the value in keeping him at the money he will receive. Cut the cord in the off-season and reset and move on I think is the best choice.

I said last week, I liked DK metcalf until I had to watch him every week.

It was pretty clear quite early on, that Seattle won that trade hands down.

Too inconsistent, braindead, so the typical Steelers WR we've had for years.

An ability and talent level he's not even close to Pickens, nevermind in the same universe as 84 before he went completely cuckoo.

Santonio, and Emmanuel Sanders would today look like HOF'ers compared to the epic dross we have now.

I never want to see this moron again, $30M a season and you torpedo any show we had...on a team already with nothing at WR.

he is as DUMB as Pickens....and he drops every 5th pass.

    another offense rebuild next year.

Tomlin and Smith blow.......NO IDEA what he (Tomlin) wants to do

Pickens is in a different league to Metcalf as big of a tool as he is. On talent and ability it's not even close.

How was he today? What about next week? You skipping the fact the out of 6 WR who have 20+ targets, he is 5th in catches.... that's not good.

Pretty sure pickens isn't mentioned in here. So how about you grow up and stop trying to make threads about pickens.

Pickens clearly wasn't the amswer but Metcalf was even less so, at least Pickens made plays and could catch the ball.

It’s unfortunate he could not keep his crap together and became a liability to the team and had to go

And they kicked our ass this year as well, that was another complete no show game. The team didn't want to know from the opening kickoff, like when we played the Biils in the playoffss a couple of years ago.

The Steelers already said they are not voiding DKs contract. They are staying with him.

Take the emotion out of it. Everyone saw how we did w/o DK today. Cut him next year and replace with whom?

The Steelers already announced earlier this week that they would not exercise the option to void DK’s contract.
