Not at all. Seems like a thing on this team. Never the less he has some intangibles like blocking but let's not pretend he is not 22nd in the NFL as a receiver.

What's even more funny is throughout the last two years we have heard how most of them had genius coaching compared to us. This is why I suggest people watch more games than just ours, and stop trying to crown people after one year. It's easy to turn a team around, it's very hard to keep that team in the right direction.

Because at the very very least DK is a huge decoy, that the opposite team can't overlook. Don't believe me , watch some all 22 of just the last couple of games.
Also Bills barely beat the Browns last week.

For a WR that is 23rd in targets I guess I am not surprised by this.

And yes, his blocking showed up big time in the last game.

Theoretically yes... but how would he react the first time he gets chewed out by Rodgers for dogging a route, or not being engaged at practice or film study to get all the checks and calls? Does he take it in stride or start posting emojis on his burner account? His history would say that its much more likely that he didn't take it well than the alternative.... There's a lot up in the air as to how it would go.

You can say WR2 all you want, but Pickens has 26 more targets this season than he's gotten in any Steelers' season as the WR1. CeeDee Lamb has also missed 4 games... so its safe to say nearly a third of the season he was the WR1 as well. There's just more opportunity in the Cowboys offense for WR's than in ours. Its as simple as that. We've also run like 150 offensive plays less than the Cowboys (140 more passing attempts by Dak than by Rodgers). They throw it a ton. I'd say the impressive part is that there isn't a WR in the league that takes more routes off than GP does, and they're still getting the production out of him. He could be an elite top 5 guy, but I don't think he will ever consistently produce that way.

There's no doubt that GP is immensely talented, but its far from the worst trade. It seems bad, but the Cowboys might not even sign him. They would essentially give a 3rd round pick for one good season and miss the playoffs anyways, only to see GP end up elsewhere. He's volatile though, so there's pretty significant risk in signing him. If he goes somewhere where the QB play (or the franchise itself) is garbage, there's no telling what will happen. I'm glad we aren't the team risking it on GP. I'm hoping we grab a really nice WR in the first round of the draft this year and watch what we can do with some capable threats out there to open up the passing game.

Well, 21st among WR's and 24th in targets... but yeah. He'd do more with more opportunities. He's a good player, and has played mostly well for us this season. I'm sure some added playmakers will do wonders in freeing him up as well. Just give it time. We're a 1 WR team right now.

I just thought of something... the Ravens/Packers result will 100% crown a division champ or champs
Ravens win = Bears clinch and are the champs of the NFCN
Packers win = Steelers clinch and are the champs of the AFCN
Tie = Both the Steelers and Bears clinch their divisions

With the Texans win today, the AFCN champion is now locked into the #4 seed.

Hopefully, it will be the Steelers

    This.

Possible, but pretty unlikely. I think something like 1% chance.

When I wrote that post, I forgot the Texans needed to lose out too.

Fricken Packers aren't looking good now. Only time I'm actually rooting for the Packers and they are going to blow our chances

They might want to try tackling Henry.

Still confident? The Packers are handing it to the Ravens.

Honestly the way we are playing right now and how everyone thinks Tomlin and the team were motivated by the chants beating Cleveland gives me more confidence. If we can’t beat them we are likely playoff fodder even if we sweep Baltimore.

I want to beat the brakes off the stains and win the North outright.

I am not relying on the Pack to do our work for us.

If the Steelers lose to the Browns, they don't deserve to make the postseason.

If it comes down to the final play of the final regular season game, so be it. That's what an exciting season looks like.

Come on Greenbay you had 1 thing to do and you can't even make that happen. I need the Ravens eliminated so we don't have to worry.
