Steelers Best Win

Was against New England in week 3. The only other team they have beaten with a winning record is the Indy Colts who are currently 8-7.

Seattle Green Bay Chicago Buffalo Chargers all teams with excellent records beat us. Cincy was the lone exception.

This latest 3 game win streak is against clearly an injured an underperforming Baltimore team a crappy Miami team and the Lions who are the most disappointing team in football besides Baltimore.

Happy we are playing better and if GB wins tomorrow we are in the dance and the last two mean nothing but still not sure how we will fair against a good team rd 1.

Bills have beaten Pit NE and Carolina. Not overly impressive.

More concerned about us being 2-5 against “good teams” Indy is 1 loss away from being .500 which would then make us 1-5 in that category.

 

What You should be looking at is that we beat two teams that were in desperate playoffs mode when we beat them. Miami, and Detroit were both in gotta have it mode . Also one of the wins You are attributing to Buffalo, is one of the same wins we have. Also we beat a team that Buffalo lost to. Miami, and we did it when they were on a win streak, and we ended that win streak.

I don't think that's fair. The Colts were 7-1 and a very good team when we beat them. It's not our fault they fell apart since then. That should still count as a quality win vs. a winning team.

And lost to Miami who we beat, and we also beat the Pats. It's why doing this is fun, but it absolutely means nothing.

NFL not very many good teams this season

 

Problem is, that's what the NFL wants. Not much difference from one team to the next in most cases.

 

Miami is not good Tua has a weaker arm than you. Detroit is showing between injuries and missing Ben Johnson they are not a good football team this year with one of the worst defenses I’ve seen.

Smoked the Bills that game actually. The league is wide open I’m just concerned that we have not played good against playoff teams. We are 1-5 right now in that category. That’s terrible.

I said they overachieved beginning of the year everyone was taking about it. Of course the injury to Jones ended their season but they were in a free fall before that happened.
