Sure, I want the team to win in the playoffs. But just saying a coach had more recent success in the playoffs he's a superior HC is nonsense.

Ben gifted Jacksonville 14 points with his turnovers early in the game .

Nobody is moving the goal post. You said sustainability of success at coaching, and if he loses next week he will have as many losing seasons as winning seasons. That doesn't compute as sustained success.

    They know this.
Dan Campbell has 2 whole playoff wins.
Tomlin has been to that many SBs.

When you play catch up from the start against the number 1 pass defense is a recipe of disaster....the first Td was not just all about Ben too since the jags was on the 18,so it would been possible to force the jags to a FG but they score on one play later

I mean Daboll has a more recent win than Tomlin in the playoffs I guess he's a superior coach too .

Fournette was a bad matchup for the Steelers he killed them in the regular season that year too.

Ben throwing 5 interceptions to Jacksonville in that regular season loss to them was unacceptable too . Then in the playoffs he gave them two more turnovers.

That's all some of you fans seem to care about recent playoff wins makes you a great coach, I guess some of you guys would rather have Stefanski since he too has a more recent playoff win .

Here is were all the dumb, He's won a playoff game since Tomlin is stupid. Because by this very saying, if Tomlin wins just one playoff game this year by people who say this, by their own words, that would mean that Tomlin is a better HC than any HC that doesn't win a playoff game this year, including Andy Reid, and it wouldn't matter what they did in the past. That's pretty dumb if You ask me.

Exactly. Think about this. By their own words if Tomlin wins just one playoff game this year, he automatically becomes better than Andy Reid, no matter the SB wins, because He has won a playoff game since Andy Reid has. LoL. How stupid is that.

Wasn’t that the year the Steelers ran out of NFL caliber ILBs and safeties?

might be part of the reason…

I get what you are going for, but a penalty that extends a drive is not the same as a turnover. For one thing, it doesn't have the same impact on field position.

That was the year Shazier got injured and they didn't have an adequate backup.

    They have the ball

    We don’t

It’s exactly the same as a turnover

    Field position is pretty irrelevant

I remember they played that LB they drafted from Miami who had a serious knee injury in place of Shazier, that dude was terrible from what I recall.
