I heard about a doctor that performed his own vasectomy once. I guess anything's possible.

How many people know who Boston Corbett is? Well he's the guy that shot John Wilkes Booth. Some time before his unit closed in on Booth at the Garrett farm 12 days after he killed Lincoln Boston Corbett was in Boston where he had a religious experience and because of that experience he felt deeply convicted over having lustful feelings towards a woman. So, in order to make sure that he NEVER could act on his urges, he took a bayonet and cut a hole in his scrotum and PULLED... HIS... OWN... TESTICLES... OUT! So stranger things HAVE happened. LOL.

Too bad Jerry "Tickle Monster" Sandusky never heard of Boston Corbett!
I had my knee 'scoped in '85. We weren't allowed to perform our own surgeries then!

I once drilled a hole in my own toenail to drain the blood from beneath it. Quicker, easier, and cheaper than going to the ER. Oh, and INSTANT relief.

With a drill press or hand drill? I've also partaken in creative home medical treatment, much to the chagrin of my dear wife.
Eww, but it would have been awesome if that was a haiku.

Years ago I flattened my thumb with a 32ounce framing hammer and ended up doing the same thing to relieve the pressure. I took a paper clip heated it up with a lighter and then let burn through. It looked like a bloody geiser for a bit, but it felt SOOO MUCH better.

Craftsman 18v cordless drill. I took the smallest bit and sterilized it on the stove. I remember being scared to death that I would apply too much pressure and drill thru the nail and skin and into the bone. So I covered a kitchen chair with towels in case it got messy, took a few deep breaths, and let the weight of the drill do the work and lightly and repeatedly pumped the trigger until I saw shards of nail. Finally I broke thru and will never forget the sound of the blood suctioning out of the hole and up the bit. A few squeezes and instantaneous relief. Before then it was a throbbing wreck.

A hot paper clip is way too easy. You need to live on the edge and use power equipment.

Dude that is the sickest thing I've ever heard!!! I HATE feet and I mean HATE feet! They are the sickest, grossest, nastiest, ugliest, most disgusting things in all of creation and I honestly even hate the WORD itself! I can't STAND to see someone wear flip flops or sandals! I honestly wear tennis shoes at the beach. I ONLY take my socks off to shower and that's pretty much it. Anything to do with feet just makes me so sick I can't stand it. If I had seen you do that I bet I would've puked my guts out! What's even worse is that my wife has the absolute ugliest feet I've ever seen in my life. Her toes are overly long and oh man I just can't stand for them to touch me but I just told my wife what you done and she acted like it was no big deal and just said "a lot of people do that". And people say I'M weird! LOL!

Sounds like you've got some repressed foot fetish. Perhaps you and Rex have something in common.

    LOL
Ive never given much thought to my feet other than I like it when they are either warm or cool (depending on the season). I couldn't care less if they are pretty or ugly, I just want cool feet in the summer and warm ones in the winter. Nothing more relaxing than getting home after work and taking off my shoes and socks and airing out my feet and walking around on the cold wood and tile.

I agree, to a point, about sandals. Or better yet, Mandals. I wear them, but Im a firm believer that men should cover their toes in public. Ive got open toes for around the house, but closed toes for public. I don't want to see your nasty hairy toes (I guess I do have some repressed foot feelings after all?).

I was going to say he's the anti-Rex. No need for a Maury Povich Show BFT/Rex Ryan DNA test episode.

Wow, this thread has really devolved...................so I'll add to it. I know a guy who was drilling a hole in a piece of teak while wearing a nylon bathing suit. He didn't have a table handy so he laid the board across his knees while sitting. The drill bit broke through the board and caught the nylon in the crotch of his suit and...............the doctor managed to stitch him back up. This was years before Lorena Bobbitt!
