Thought this was funny, when I read about it, and almost posted in the "It`s that time again" thread,
But thought it deserved it`s own...

Apparently, Terry is gonna try his hand at a Broadway type thing...
Don`t get all serious, or politically correct on me for what I am about to say, but...
    Apparently, the anti-depressants are working!
Anyone, who can laugh at themselves, like this, can`t be TOO damn depressed...:lolol:
I`ll bet this show is great, and I don`t so much care to hear him sing, but I`m willing to bet the "stand-up comedy", and "storytelling" portions of the show, would be worth seeing...
I loved where he talked about, IF it is a success, he would like to take it to the southern states... Miss, Alabama, etc...
I bet it would go over well... More power to him!
Like I said, this is just some off season fluff to talk about...
Respond, if ya feel like it.
By the way, I thought it was curious that one of the studio musicians, looked suspissiously(sp???) like Mick Mars, from the Crue...
He was on bass at one point, and behind the drums, at another, never on the lead guitar, that he plays with his famous band, that did their own "Vegas Bit", not too long ago...
Probably just someone that looked similar. I didn`t watch again, to see if he had the same tattoos ... LOL...
Terry should get Hank Jr, to play a few shows in a supporting role... he is a self-admitted Steeler Diehard!:yeehaw:

Bradshaw said at first he didn't want to do it but they talked him into it. I think it is only a one night thing right?

I'd like to see Bradshaw do a reunion show with Phil on Duck Dynasty.

    TB, I think!!!! Therefore I am, I think?:roflmao:
Yeah, Coastal, I didn`t notice the 1st time I read the article, that it was only a two night gig.
Hopefully it went well, and he can carry it on to a broader audience.:yeehaw:
    GO STEELERS!

    Two nights I guess. http://www.mirage.com/entertainment/terry-bradshaw.aspx

If I were in Vegas, I would have taken the wife to see it...though, I'd have to pretend like I didn't want to go. Here's some behind the scenes stuff:

I got the opportunity to hear Bradshaw speak several years ago. The company I worked for at the time had him in as a motivational speaker. He was tremendous! Make no mistake about it, Terry is a showman at heart and when he gets up on stage he keeps his audience mesmerized. He put his all into that presentation and when he was finished, he was dripping wet with sweat. Being a diehard Steeler fan I absolutely loved every minute of it. But one of my good friends, who is a Bengal fan, loved it too. In fact, everybody there loved it! It was homespun humor on steroids and he also told a bunch of stories from his playing career. I loved it when he talked about how Swann and Stalls were always badgering him about throwing them the football. He said that, according to them, they were always open. His attempted impersonation of Stallworth was hilarious. He probably spoke for an hour and a half and kept everybody interested the entire time. I'll never forget it. Whatever we paid him to speak he earned that and then some!

That was a few years ago, BFT. Back in the mid 90s but it was great. We didn't have any idea that Bradshaw was going to be the speaker and when they introduced him I just about fell out of my seat.
