I agree and it take rushing TD with that too....If the steelers throw 70% in the red zone this season,Rodgers will need to have 40 TD if the steelers want a good offense....28 TD pass on the context that the jets were last year,it was below average

Have You ever thought that they had more faith in Rodgers scoring there, then their running game???
What on earth happened to you that you try turning everything on the Steelers a negative, but everything on the Ravens a positive???
I seriously have never met a Steelers fan like You. Never.

For the record.... I think Ravens are overrated and Steelers gonna go 7-10. I think both teams suck.... but in different ways. :lolol:

Because if I turn it around, which I have before, but You have never noticed, and asked the same thing about Lamar Jackson, or the Ravens.... You come up with excuses. If You would think some times , You would have noticed this.
And when I take something you have said negatively about the Steelers, and turn around, and ask it about the Ravens, You always find excuses, and then I just laugh, and laugh to myself.

Back to the topic....My point it was we need to always look at the context in each stats and each situation.Rodgers will need to be much better this year that he was last year.If this is not the case, the steelers offense will be mediocre again...Of course it will change if he is able to turn back the clock a bit

Not because I am a steelers fan,I need to think we are the best if this is the case.

    @S.T.D@S.T.D

You can't said that I am a ravens fan when I was absent of this forum after the ravens beat us twice in one month span in december and in the postseason....

Actually it should go up because the bad guys can’t stack the box against the run

Rodgers is on pace to throw more TD’s than Ben did in 11 of his 18 seasons

    And Ben had receivers

I seem to remember Bradshaw saying he thought it was better to throw the ball for a TD when you get down to the 20-yard line.

Myself, it sickens me when we have a 1st and goal around the 10-yard line and we run the ball. It seems so stupid, like wasting a down on purpose. If you do that you are basically saying you have a real good chance to ram the ball in for a TD in three running attempts, but it rarely happens from what I remember all these years watching NFL football. However, if it is 1st and goal inside the 5-yard line, ok, maybe you can do that and not a stupid choice.

If I was a HC, 1st and goal around the 7 to 10-yard line would be automatic all pass plays and all throws are in the endzone.

I still take between 12 to 15 seasons of Ben over current Rodgers....The current offense is awful

I stated before I never like Rodgers and I hope he is only a Steeler for one year. Obviously I am an on loan fan this season. Should Rodgers and the offense look 3/4 as good as I watched better QB's perform yesterday I maybe maybe maybe will have hope going to Motor City.

    Fun fact-

Aaron Rodgers now has 22 touchdown passes. Ben and Bradshaw are the only 2 Steelers QB to throw more in a season.

In his postgame Rodgers mentioned "efficiency" several times. It's what McVay preaches for his offense. Rodgers' game last night was the definition of efficiency:

One more win and the Pittsburgh Steelers break the tie with Cowgirls for most consecutive non losing seasons.

Kordell(1997) and Maddox(2002) were the recent one with at least 20 TD
