we were having problems with run defense and injuries to JP jr, that will hopefully be fixed by the time the playoffs arrive. Our run defense looked much better against the Colts. As far as the Bills, they gave that game away.

I realize it's kind of necro, but...

A lab partner way back in college (biochemistry & molecular biology majors) had run DNA samples through about a dozen small gels to separate fragments by size. He spent an afternoon cutting out little chunks of gel (to extract and purify the specific DNA fragments within those chunks). DNA isn't visible to the naked eye, so he visualized it by working under a UV lamp. Emerged from the lab with sunburnt face and forearms!

Steelers win this Monday plus a Bengals win/Ravens loss, it's not mathematical elimination, but it kind of is.

 

This should be a good read if it's the same old same old for sure.The same old would play out with the Bengals beating the Ravens, giving the Steelers a golden opportunity to create space, that they would then fumble away with a loss to the Dolphins. Out with the same old! Big week.
