I'm not even trying to be Mr. Positive here but I could definitely see the Steelers winning this game. We're all hooked fish, flailing to break the old, tired fishing line but we're still being reeled in.

I don't blame anyone for picking the Ravens, but it's not a sure thing the Steelers lose.

The Ravens are playing even worse than the Steelers right now. Lamar Jackson is clearly still hurt, and has been a shell of himself since coming back off the injury. It wouldn't surprise me if the Steelers win.

Jackson was limited yesterday and didn't practice today so he definitely won't even be close to 100% if he does play Sunday.

Agreed. Good point on the Ramsey acquisition, despite his production, the Steelers are paying him to be starting corner and not a safety. The roster building has been with a roll of duck tape.

Sometimes there's a breaking point in a season where a team rises up and the momentum carries them into post season.
I don't think it is this weekend nor this game.

Highsmith isn't on his usual spot on the injury report.
But Harmon is, I think he's nursing the inevitable forthcoming knee surgery.
Duggar needs to play, we need him.

What does it mean if we lose? It means we lost and are 6-7 and by 'we' I mean they.

Only if the Steelers pass rush shows up and can force Lamar into a few turnovers.

It’s been good IMO since Khan and Weidl took over but Colberts last several drafts were a disaster.

Heard a stat, if the Steelers win this game they have a 75% chance of making the playoffs. With a loss it drops to like 24%. That is a massive swing with so many games to go.

True. If someone were to invent a ray gun by this Sunday that does the equivalent of turning mullets into tits, we have a real shot here!

Maybe Tomlin can trip him when he's running down the sideline for a TD.

I have a feeling we may squeak out a victory here. If not, look for the remainder of the season to go south very fast.

One thing for sure, barring a tie, one team will be 6-7.

We see if any Steeler has heart and/ or pride left. That includes the coaching staff.

True. But Lamar Jackson is really struggling right now. I am not just talking about running. He is struggling as a passer as well. He had some balls sail on him last week, and looked uncomfortable with his mechanics. On a couple of his runs, he seemed to pull up, and even head out of bounds early. Twice it looked like he was wincing after running the ball. Even if the pass rush doesn't get home, this is not the same Lamar Jackson we saw last year.
