The Steelers have claimed WR Adam Thielen off waivers

It’s week 13. Teams are down to their last 5 games. Anyone worth taking has been taken by now. We snoozed and we lost out on the good ones.

 

First listening to anything that nit wit Stephan A says is mindless. Of course he will point at Omar and not Bags Tomlin in which everything as far as football operations runs through.

 

Stephen A is just top of personalities trashing them, as they should, how our front office has been working. It is broken.
Stephen A is not my cup of tea, but apparently, he is for many.

 

Front office has Marvin Lewis II coaching their team the last decade. The head coach can't coach vets, can't coach rookies for development. You want this to work, get a better ****ing coach. Three playoff wins in 15 seasons. Yes, I'm counting this year too. How much more do you need to know to change the ****ing channel.

All three positions are good in terms of both talent and depth in 2026 but as far as which form of Offensive Line depth you are referring to?! That can be tricky. Other than Kaydn Proctor from Alabama, there really isn't a blue chip that I can say comfortably is First Round Worthy; both Caleb Lomu and Spencer Fano of Utah included. There aren't too many other true Offensive Tackles in this class either. There is some leeway with the IOL; specifically guards though. Vega Ioane from Penn State is the best of the bunch though Kade Pieper from Iowa is the best of the best. Problem is... I severely doubt he will be declaring this year. Centers?! Logan Jones from Iowa, Parker Brailsford from Alabama and Connor Lew from Auburn are, more or less, it in terms of pure Centers.


For the IDL?! You have already heard me sing Peter Woods' praises. Again though, severely doubt the Clemson Standout will last long enough for Pittsburgh to draft him... even though he, Derrick Harmon and Yahya Black would become arguably the best young three headed monster at IDL in all of football. Kayden McDonald from Ohio State would be his teammate in Tyleik Williams but with more pass rush potential. Thing is, he is also worthy of Round One consideration. A'Mauri Washington from Oregon is yet another IDL I can see the Steelers liking. Last one I have would be Darrell Jackson from Florida State for he has all the tools with just enough traits for Karl Dunbar to work with.


Finally, for WR?! I have been on the Makai Lemon train since the start. He literally is USC's passing attack along with a large chunk of their Offensive Success. Without him, that Offense looks a lot different. Carnell Tate is my WR 1; all the more reason he deserves to be a Top 5 pick.. something I believe he will be once the draft rolls around. Denzel Boston would actually be perfect for Arthur Smith's Offense!!... if the MOF was EVER used. Problem is, it isn't. Finally, Jordyn Tyson from Arizona State University would be an excellent fit... provided he can answer those medical questions. His medical history... yikes!!!

 

gennings dunker iowa right tackle. move troy fautanu to the left side. then we go the free agent route for a guard. re-sign drisscoll and scharping as depth.

A'Maruri washington from oregon or domonique orange iowa state in round 2. both would be great pickups for the IDL.

WR this is a little tougher. nick harbor comes to mind.
