At 6-6 I have no idea how this team wins more than 1 game the rest of the season. I know there have been other times I felt this way and he pulled out some BS but is this finally it??

Feels like it to me....I have never felt more sure that this team needs a complete tear down and rebuild. Trying to patch up the team each year with aging veterans is not working and it is only getting worse on the field.

There is a handful of young guys to keep going forward, but the team needs to shed a lot of aging vets and do a real rebuild with a new coaching staff.

7 points at home. It could be worse. Not the bottom but in the same department with the bottom.
It's been awhile since we had a dumpster fire passing attack.

Not quite. Give it a couple weeks when we lose to the Fins and then the Browns soon after that

The bottom? THE BOTTOM? We have Mike Tomlin, the bottom will be, well, a LOT further down than they are currently. I won't say bottom-less, but it's Mike Tomlin. I'd rather they fire him and put a cardboard cutout of Bill Walsh or Vince Lombardi on the sidelines with a headset, not sure they'd be worse and it'd only costs us NFL royalty payments and maybe a little somethin-somethin to 49ers or Packers franchise.

I agree but we will watch it all again next week. No changes will happen ever. Tomlin will have a thousand excuses and Rooney will buy into every single one of them.

Been a while? The passing attack has been a dumpster fire since Ben left, and I would even argue that it began in Ben's last year.

We're at the edge of the cliff; we're 2-5 in our last 7 and 6-11 in our last 17.

Oh the bottom is a lot more than this.

Wait until Howard is WORSE than JJ McCarthy.
The new coaching staff is Raiders level ineffective.
Ramsey looks even older and slower.
    Washington drops more passes.

it can always get worse. And it almost certainly will.

Next up: Tomlin will get praise for only having one losing season. The money line for me currently.

The coaching could not possibly be worse. Your other points are possible.

I play Howard the rest of the season, what do you have to lose but because they are in the hunt still they will keep rolling Arod and Rudolph out there, two QBs who will not lead them anywhere but losses.

Howard may end up not being any better than those two but hes the only one they dont know about.

At the very least you learn what your draft strategy should be.

    Hopefully not.

Best case at this point is probably to lose out.

    But we won't.

We'll end up winning 2-3 more games this year IMO.

So that we don't make the playoffs (or just scrape in as the 6th seed). And we have the worst pick we can.

Then we'll be in the same situation again next season. Hopefully we don't try to build an offense with only one NFL WR for the third year in a row.

Yeah, A Rod is deteriorating more and more each game as the season goes on and Rudolph is a career backup who has no upside whatsoever. Let's see what we have in Howard, he might stink but so what the other two do too and this way we would know what we have in him.
