You have to wonder: When a DC (for example) like Dennis Allen becomes available, does it not enter anyone's head that he could be an upgrade?
There's been others.
But here we are with an expensive defense, A DC who already set a record for yards against him over 3 games, and he's about to get another record set against him.

If only there was some sort of position in an NFL franchise that could make such decisions.
