QB passes at/behind the line of scrimmage.

    (min. 30 pass atts)

Every single QB pass is at or behind the line of scrimmage or they are not passes, they are penalties.

Confused a bit about what this means?

I see what you mean there. This is actually where the pass is caught.

    Correct. Thought that was obvious.

Looks like the league average is mid 20% somewhere or other.

Rodgers has 289 pass attempts on the year. To make this easier, assume he is at 30% currently (or 87 pass attempts). Needs to get to like 22% (or 61 pass attempts). That works out to 3 passes per game. Round the math down instead of up as I have, and it is 2 passes per game.

I still get that the Steelers are doing it MORE than most, but more is not as much as it feels like...

So if it is a 1 yard or 1/2 yard pass it is not counted. We sure saw a lot of "short" passes on Sunday.

Uncharacteristically of Mason, his 50/50 ball on go routes was not the best... The one really nice one was intercepted which was a heck of play, highlight material.
They seem to utilize a Bill Walsh game plan - West Coast Offense.
I think they were wanting to take advantage of those backup LB's and the motion did, but they didn't stick to the run.

Me playing arm-chair OC, I'd ran Warren and Gainwell 50 times and used Washington and Pat in those short routes.
    And the no-huddle.

Sundays game plan was to “dink and dunk” but actually became “stink and stunk”.

As I’ve stated before. Mason Rudolph will never be more than an adequate suitable back up QB in the NFL. Win some. Lose more.
