Pickens over DK this week.

I hated it when they traded him, and hate it even more now. It made ZERO sense to trade him and then do nothing to replace him.

I think he and DK would have been a nasty duo to try and guard.

Yeah, that's looking like one of the biggest boneheaded trades in franchise history. We overpaid for a far less talented receiver in Metcalf, who would have been a fine #2 to Pickens. However, I have no doubt that our coaching staff would have found a way to waste his talent.

 

To me DK sucks. I’ve watched him all year and all I can say is he is big.

 

I hate seeing Dallas win. That moves that #3 pick down further in the round.

 

Pickens with back to back 100+ yards and a touchdown.

Dudes a beast. But people are butthurt he missed the bus. (and it's only steeler fans).

Could you imagine if he was here? Sure he might not have those yards, but he would be making insane grabs.

Yup. People need to stop trying to justify that trade. They can't. Pickens is playing as well as any receiver in the league right now. He is much better than Metcalf and on another planet compared to the rest of the Steelers' receiving corps. The Steelers threw away their best chance to be real contenders for a third-round pick. I don't care that he is a jackass. The Steelers should have figured out how to make it work just as the Cowboys are doing.

 

Don't matter,he would been wasted in our offense under Tomlin who make every OC look like Matt Canada in this decade

The attitude of Pickens was poor and this is possible after his huge contract,it will be bad for him again for this attitude but you can't compare a wide open offense like the cowboys vs a offense like the steelers with a head coach who don't know we are in 2025,not 2007

I find it funny that taunting hurts steelers fans

I find it funny that he missed the bus and steelers fans get mad. While I sit there thinking, "good for a coach to call out his players, do x, and then hug it out". You don't see Tomlin doing that.


While OPI was most caused most on pickens.
While pickens is #2 in the league, and he did that as #2 receiver.

He would have helped bring in a catch on double coverage. And helped us move the ball..... instead we got a 140 million WR who draws OPI or get injured in order for us to notice him or fumbled and didn't try. Did you notice today at the end of the game with no timeouts, DK was the last one to line up and was waking back?

And I say that as me being a DK fan.
