No freaking way. The Steelers put up with that for 3 years, and made it all up. This is the 1st time Pickens has ever done anything like this. LoL

 

I'm not wrong on the topic. There. I addressed it. The Steelers messed up when they traded Pickens. They didn't get enough in return for him, barely more than they would have gotten as a comp pick if they held on to him for a year. They knew the trade looked terrible, so they leaked a bunch of negative stories about him. Some may have been true, but I see no reason to trust them on this. They have pulled this before. It was another case of the Steelers allowing the inmates to run the asylum, and it cost them. Their offense is crippled by having only one good wide receiver. Pickens has taken a step forward and is having a great season. He still does stupid, selfish ****, but he is thriving.

So no, I'm not wrong about any of it. If you want to con yourself into believing otherwise so you feel better, that is your mistake.

 

Then he went out and put up 100 yards receiving and a touchdown before halftime. The Cowboys may have been pissed at him in the moment, but they are laughing at the Steelers every time they think about that trade. They have to be.

 

Stories came out long before any trade discussions.

Nothing about just George Pickens missing the bus and being benched by himself. How many players missed the bus; was CeeDee also one of them?

Today was yet another loss that they found themselves missing Pickens. The Steelers are way too easy to cover because defenses don't respect anyone but Metcalf. They could easily be 7-3 right now if they had kept him.

 

Pickens just caught a 43-yard pass to give him eight receptions for 122 yards and a touchdown against a very good Eagles defense today. The Cowboys are laughing their asses off at the Steelers for giving him up for a three.

George is playing out of his mind and is one of the most talented receivers in the league. I’m happy for him and was fine with him being traded at the time but it’s hard not to think of what could have been with him and DK on the same offence

 

G Pickens having another great game. I know he’s a head case, but talent wise is a lot better than Metcalf. We could have kept him this year and not wasted so much $ on Metcalf and may have been better for it
