Darnell Washington appreciation thread

I don't understand how people can see a guy go out on a route, even when it's after a block/chip, and say why aren't they using him?? If the Qb isn't throwing to him then it's either they don't see him, they think he's covered, they think someone else is more open, or they didn't have time to.

 

Give Washington a goal to catch as many passes as Lynn Swann.

I also wanted Kyle Pitts at the trade deadline. Nothing materialized. That said, I honestly don't believe Kyle should be playing TE anyways. Dude is a WR trapped in a TE's body.


As for Washington?! He likely will be. I don't believe Jonnu Smith returns to Pittsburgh and Connor could be resigned though having Carson Bruener as a Special Teams ace may knock him off the Roster.

 

He swatted away the Bengals defenders like they were Hummingbirds.

 

The never ending chicken little in me is worried that Mt Washington's knees will be targeted.
There was a DB that played for Cinci that I know used to go low and took out a Steeler TE and Bell too. Forget his name.
