Yeah and he also said that Tomlin pretty much ran the defense when Butler was the DC.

Nice try since the steelers wanted Butler back after 2021 according to the report and no steelersrule6 is not a source!

Butler was pretty honest. He wasn’t a Peter like you are.

Not enough attention paid to the DBs by the Steelers. Example; since 2022 the Broncos have drafted 7 DBs. Two of their safeties now lead the NFL. The Ravens have drafted 10 DBs. The Eagles 6. The Steelers have drafted 4 in the same time period and we now see the result, with having to sign and play aged or gimped CBs and safeties.

This is true. BUT, the Steelers have been focused more on OL and DL since 2022.

I was thinking the same watching some of the offense. I respect Smith, but the blocking schemes and passing routes at times...meh.

They shut down the Bengals passing attack so what if they gave up some yards on the ground, the Bengals weren't going win the game by running the ball.

Yes because being poorly aligned and no gap integrity can’t possibly be a problem outside of the Bengals game.

Well, I'm not going to say there aren't problems, but it's been pretty darn good being a Steeler fan.
