This is one thing I'll never understand; fans blindly believing players that do this kind of stuff. I get that you're a fan, but every team has their jerks, some more than others, but don't defend someone who is acting like garbage just because you like the team. I mean just because I love the Steelers, I didn't defend Joey Porter with some of his aggravated assault and public drunkenness. Dude needed to get the trouble he did for that.

After the game Sunday two guys wearing Bengals jerseys walked into the men’s room and one blurted out “I hate Zac Taylor”

Also loved watching Harrison play, the other Steeler I always enjoyed watching was Jack Lambert, they both had that same temperament.

Jalen Ramsey is the one acting like an adult after the fact. Look at the differences between his acceptance of what he did and Chase's lying.

Zac Taylor is a terrible coach who has lost the locker room. He should have been fired long ago and most likely will be gone this offseason. Mike Brown is a terrible owner with allowing his daughter Katie and her husband running the franchise. Joe Burrow was supposed to be the next Tom Brady but he is a fragile China doll who can’t stay on the field. They will be in contract cap misfortune for a long long time. Yesterday they were talking about wasting away the Burrow years but how can that be when he is constantly injured?

Was just thinking that there could be the same thing at the Bengals away game. Two guys with Steeler jerseys walked into the men's room and one blurted out "I hate Tomlin" lol

As far as I know, Lambert never had legal issues due to his inability to manage his temper. Harrison had them before he got to the NFL. During his NFL career, he ended up in anger management after hitting his girlfriend in 2008. Not exactly a role model.

Yep agreed, but their football demeanor was the same on the field, Neither took any crap from anybody and played mean and nasty. Off the field I didn't care what they did.

That's nice, but what Harrison did off the field is relevant to his current comments. I have no doubt he would commit an assault that would land him in jail if someone spit on him, but it is worth keeping in mind that he has already faced legal issues due to his violent temper.

I guess were talking two different things, off the field and on the field. Off the field not the same but on the field they were the same type of football demeanor.

Chase has appealed his suspension. He is arguing that if he had meant to spit on Ramsey, he would have aimed for his face. How does this idiot think that makes him look better?

Was just thinking about how many holding calls the refs ignored with him. They would of had to throw a flag on most every pass rush if they didn't. His bad temperament sure played well on the field. In other places, not so much. Was fun to watch, for sure!

Thy just discussed on First Take this morning. It is bad enough that Chase lied about spitting but he triples down and is appealing his suspension. This makes every player in the NFL angry about his inability to step up and be a man and take responsibility for his actions. He doesn't have to play the Steelers again this year but he does have to face all the other defenses who are pissed about not only what he did but his appeal process.

I keep hearing people saying the suspension should be longer. I don't agree because that actually hurts the Steelers, the team against which he committed his offense. The Bengals play the Ravens in two weeks. I want him out there for that one.

Didn't Greg Lloyd have anger issues? Thought he got into some trouble for losing his sh!t.

I'm not sure. He basically behaved like an angry ******* most of the time when he was a Steeler. He had no problem telling people to shut up and deal with it because he thought the quality of his play entitled him to treat people like ****.

Here is a pretty good rundown of some of his...interesting behavior. To be fair, it is my understanding that he really didn't say he was going to try to knock Dan Marino "into tomorrow." Lloyd maintained that he was misquoted in that one. I was told by one of the beat guys who was there that day that Lloyd never said it. The rest of the quote was accurate, but that last line was made up by one reporter. I knew the reporter who was accused of making it up and I have no doubt that he was guilty. He was one of the most unprofessional, unscrupulous people I ever had the misfortune of meeting.

I don't remember Lloyd getting in any real trouble, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen.
