With the way Clark has been playing it's probably a good thing for the Steelers he's out.

Doesn’t seem like it could be worse to get some new guys in there and maybe simplify things.

I really wanted to see Trice, Ramsey, and Porter Jr. on the field at the same time, having three big CBs would've been cool but Trice is made of glass unfortunately.

They're going to need him with Holcomb being out.

They could go from bottom of the league to double secret bottom of the league.

You would think, but no…. 2 RB’s have been brought up. That should help our already weak defense. Yikes.

I doubt that means Dugger won't play. They don't have much of a choice. They would be going into the game with Thornhill as their only safety. Sure, Ramsey is probably going to play a lot of Safety Sunday, but they need at least one more body there.

Always brings back memories of Will Blackwell.

And a few years later, Kendrell Bell.

Yes, Dugger will play…. I was thinking about the other guy they brought in, whose name escapes me right now.

At least in the passing game, they are already there. They have allowed 5 out of 7 QBs that we have faced to have their best game of the season in yards thru week 8. Can't get much more on the bottom than that. :(

Here is a scary stat for you. The Packers are #7 and the Colts are #6 on passing yards after 8 weeks. The league average is about 250 yards. Jordan Love had 360 yards against us. That took them up the chart about 4 places. The were at 239 yards a game and jumped to 251 from the game against us. Really hoping that the Colts don't get that kind of bounce.

Losing Seamulo is a big hit for a very thin offensive line. It makes it difficult, if not impossible, to run the jumbo package the way they want to because they need Spencer Anderson at guard.

My question here is Seamulo going to be a lingering problem all season or did they hold him out so he can heal up and be good to go

It's a good question. I assume we will start to get a better idea about that next week, but I wish I were surprised to see that leaving themselves with so little depth on the offensive line is going to come back to bite the Steelers in the ass.

Looks like Highsmith and Broderick are both hurt now. MT didn’t even mention them yesterday so maybe nothing? Slay still in protocol doubt he plays. He sucks anyway. Seamolu likely back Sunday as he was limited.

Peppers back too, at least for depth.

You have to wonder about Jones groin for a guy who struggles with movement.

Starting left tackle Jones is listed with a groin injury and outside linebacker Highsmith a pectoral injury, but neither player is expected to miss this coming Sunday's home game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
