Same song and dance. Making it to the playoffs is the pre requisite. Winning games in the Playoffs is the standard. Pittsburgh has fallen well short of that.

Why? The Bengals offense is scoring lots of points and is not their problem. Burrow is better than Flacco... but they will likely outscore Steelers for the 2nd time this year with Flacco at QB. Bengals should make sure Burrow is completely healed before they throw him back into the fire.

I've been expecting better all damn year.... and it hasn't happened except against Colts and Vikings.

 

I didn't know losing by two points is considered getting your butt whipped .

 

I hope the defense has a better game plan than the last time, they can't just let Flacco just play pitch and catch.

 

Burrow is a better player than Flacco, but the Steelers would probably rather face Burrow because he will hold the ball longer and take more sacks.

 

The Bengals are hoping that Burrow will be back for the Thanksgiving day game against the Ravens, not before that.

 

I mean... Mike Vrabel and others have been saying it as well. They are not entirely wrong there.

 

I don't think Vrabel was trying to slight the team as much as you guys think he was, if Vrabel knows what the Steelers are always going to do why is he winless against the Steelers and Tomlin?

All I am saying is that such comments are repeated patterns of behavior. Not just him. Even after losses, opposing players have said the same thing for years now.

 

You guys like to make a mountain out of a mole hill if the Bengals lose on Sunday, you really think Chase is going to be running his mouth.

 

On to Cincy. So whast over under on Flacco's pass yards 500? Chase receptions 35? What makes you think we will even slow them down after the Thursday debacle a few weeks ago? The game will be a toss up in the fourth quarter and we might win or lose. After that , you can mark up losses to Buffalo, Ravens twice, Lions for sure. Browns game is a easy win but on road so thats a coin toss and Tomlins teams specializes in sucking to inferior teams like bengals a few weeks ago. Bears is probably a loss. . The only game i am 100% we win is Miami due to a cold game at home. This team has poor schemes and no fundamentals on o line and crappy wrs beside average DK M. . The team is not very motivated to play every week and at times gives up completely. Team should have been broken up after last 5 games last season and dont give a crap playoff showing where 2 hand tag rule would not have tackled ravens rbs. If we had a real owner, everyone goes and start over but he is cheap and cant even cough a a couple hundred grand full a full coaching staff. Big ben brought this up lately. No way coupon cutter cheapskate rebate Rooney is buying out rest of Tomlin's contract. Maybe we can hold a bake sale for the rooneys to hire a full staff. I guess 400 dollar seats dont cover it or the billions in tv revenue.

 

So again, this isn't about Chase.


Multiple players have stated such dating back to last season. Your the one wanting to make something from nothing. I am referring to what was and still is being said from others. Major difference.

However, to assume the same message in repeat repeatedly is nothing more than trash talk is silly. Where there is smoke, there is fire.
