It wasn't just the penalties with Pickens he also didn't run hard when he knew the ball wasn't going to him, he wouldn't have worked with Rodgers at QB.

Let me throw out a couple of scenarios:

1) Pickens has 42 receptions for 764 yards and 6 TD's, and his team is 3-5-1.

2) Pickens has say 29 receptions for 467 yards and 5 TD's, and his team is 5-3.

Under which scenario is Pickens happier?

I think Pickens is happier under scenario 1...and that's the whole problem.

70s had penalties and ejection, it happened to Lambert. Some times you have players who are emotional.

If you don't like Picken type players, you would have not liked the 70s
