Which 2013 team in the AFC North has the most talent per each individual player?
    1) Baltimore
    2) Cincinnati
    3) Cleveland
    4) Pittsburgh

    My order is 2-4-1-3.
Who here agrees with this assessment?
I'm not saying they finish in that order but when all 53 players who will be on the roster at 100% of their 2013 physical health and talent the youth on the Bengals stick out.

It's not about which team has the best talent in the NFL, it's all about which team has the most desire to win games, I'll take over achievers over talent any time, they have that desire thing, and that's what wins games: Remember the Eagles was the dream team rated with the most talent at each position a couple of years ago, but the desire wasn't there and it cost Andy Reed his job...

I agree that desire, will to win and also coaching results a lot of time towards the W-L's on game day but at what point does the overall talent level take a team to the next level. i.e. At what point is there so much talent that it overtakes the coaching ability.
The Bengals are stacked, their head coach is mediocre at best. The D Coordinator draws comparisons to D. LeBeau which is really saying something. Andy Dalton really just has to be average at best and not do anything stupid turnover wise in order to make that team serious contenders. Granted he stays healthy.
The Steelers are in transition but do have that will to be the very best year in and year out but will it be enough?
Rats are going to be different with all the departed D.
The Clowns will always be the Clowns.

Andy Dalton is a pretty good young qb. they are pretty well set at the qb position for awhile.

AJ Green, Jermaine Gresham, That Sunu cat, and now Tyler Eifert.
He doesn't have to carry them. He just doesn't have to screw up very much.

Dalton has to prove he can win in big game situations before I give him credit, unless I am wrong, he hasn't won a playoff game yet?

For the time being he is just a fluff QB, nice regular season stats and nothing else.

These were the exact same things that were being said about Joe Flacco up until 4 months ago.

Not quite, Flacco had won multiple playoff games, even without him winning the SB this year I think he is much better then Dalton. Dalton isn't even on Romo's level but that's the type of QB I would compare him to right now.

i'd have to say cinci and cleve don't know how to win yet as a franchise. balt. lost alot of guys and it's tough to win it two in a row. our defense could be better then last year very easily and our vet qb is getting comfy with the offense. we win.

Kinda hard to judge, considering how new/young a lot of the "talent" in our division is.
    Experience does count for something.
And kids that have played a year or two, also have a small sample size, when looking exclusiveley at stats.
Where do this year`s draft picks fit into this question?
Do you judge them by how good they were in college? And IF they will contribute to their team this year?
Without knowing a lot about the Bungles, except for what I see twice a year, yeah, they look like they are pretty loaded with young talent.
I STILLL expect to spank their ass twice a year, tho!
Honestly, given the potential improvement on our O-line this year, where do you consider our "least talented" players?
    Cornerbacks? LB`s? D-Line? Receivers? Runningbacks?
I think we stack up pretty well against any team in the league, on an overall basis, let alone, in our division.
Again, this is assuming a lot of players play to their potential, on both sides of the ball, but I believe that is true for every team in the league, as well.
Very hard to be a COMPLETE team, in this era, but I think we do a pretty good job of not having glaring weaknesses.
(Or at least we SHOULD, if some younger kids, and draftees do what`s expected of them...)

I have to say get used to it. The media will be tooting their horn early and often this season. I live in Bungleland and it cracks me up already how many fans are saying they are so happy that Silverback is now part of their team. Funny how they all called him the dirtiest player in the league over the past several years now.

You can tell they aren't football fans Harrison is to small to play de in a 4-3 and isn't built to play a 4-3 olb. I think he plays one season then signs a one day contract with the Steelers to retire

Gonna say Cincy for sure. They very well could have the best defensive backfield in the NFL this year. Little QB pressure to help out and it will be "Pick City" all year for them. There season is on Dalton for sure. Browns are much improved but maybe a year or two away. QB concerns hold them back. IMO our D may still be two players away from a SB, but the offense will be stellar this year( barring injuries) and I look for our O line to be a strength not a weakness. Ravens lost a lot, but they drafted two instant D starters to help out.
