This was the game that was on my radar to go to. Didn’t work out well this season. Will have to check out the weather and ticket prices in a few weeks to see if Chicago can continue our streak of every season an away game. I’m thinking chicken wings. Got all day to prepare or go get them. I’d like to see us finally be able to score more than 7 points in the first qtr.

What should we score by quarter? If we score 10 in each, that's almost 40pts. Is that enough????

If the formula for winning is repeating what you did last time then I can’t watch the game. o_O Nope. Sticking with chicken wings and the game.

    Soup soup and soup

10 of us rented a lodge in a state park and each couple was told to bring soup to share

One guy is bringing a tv

Another guy is in charge getting the game on wifi and getting it to the tv

My wife is in charge of our soup

Therefore by default I’m assuming I am in charge of drinking beer

    Phone chargers:)

Beer. Lots of it if the weekend turns out perfect for us all Pittsburghers sports wise. Come Monday AM I'd love having 2 first place teams in the Burgh.

Y’all planning on catching a cold? That’s usually when soup comes out at my house. Usually just two types. Tomato and chicken noodle. Both Campbells.

When Heinz Field was opening club ticket owners were invited to an event at the new practice facility

They had tents all over the practice field with all kinds of food to try prime rib crab cakes hot dogs etc

They gave all of us a clipboard with all of the foods listed and asked us to rate them from 1 to 10 twice once for quality and once for how likely you are to order it at a Steeler game

I rated the chicken Caesar salad a 10 for quality and a 1 for ordering it

They asked me why and I told them I’m not ordering a salad at a Steelers game

Hot dogs got the highest rating for ordering

Well damn it. I had an emergency dentist visit late yesterday after biting into left over 2 day old pizza crust. Broke my fricking tooth. It’s still in place but will need to be removed completely sometime in the very near future. Very painful and now Chicken wings are off the menu. I guess I’ll have soup like jeh. Think I’ll make homemade potato soup. :frustrated::tequila:

That sucks a$$. I did the same, and had to eat on the other side for a few weeks before I could get in, and get it fixed.

Since this is a “cooking” thread I just had to say cast iron is the way. Forget all of that teflon/hexclad/space age crap. A well seasoned cast iron skillet is better than all of them combined.

I agree.....mostly, but it, IMO matters what is being cooked. Like for instance, cornbread should never be cooked in anything but a cast-iron skillet.
