Disagree with #1. It was a good win regardless of the score.
Some of yinz can't appreciate a good gameplan. And it happened on both sides of the ball.

Batch just said something on the post game that I didn’t take into account.

This was the Colts first game on grass this year.

That was a great win, huge, needed that in the worst way.

My only concern is it was once again due to splash plays, a lot of them. Defense needs to show they can win games when not getting turnovers. Hopefully they can build on this.

Think they definitely need to make a move for a WR, hurting the offense big time.

It will be interesting to see if the Bengals are sellers at the trade deadline, they thought they could stay in the playoff race until Burrow comes back not going to happen.

Agree with no 2. This game is actually an indictment of Tomlin, cause its proof that its not a lack of talent with this team but its all about scheme and prep. We should be coming out ready to play like this every week. But Im used to this stuff for the past 10 plus years; lose when you shouldnt but turn around and beat one of the hottest teams in the league.

Really frustrating, lets see if they can keep this going.

You know that's a good point. But they did look a whole lot better today. Let's hope they can replicate it

Colts got exposed today. They were expecting zone defense from the Steelers and to Tomlin's credit they went man coverage most of the game and put in some new helmets. Friermuth was good and Roman Wilson needs to ride the bench.

If the Steelers didn't change their personnel packages they would have surely lost instead of dominating the Colts not to mention I cannot even keep track of all the forced turnovers!

I thought this might be a better matchup for the Steelers' defense than the last two opponents, and that turned out to be the case. Flacco and Love can burn you with quick decisions against pressure. Jones melts down under pressure. For all the talk of him being great this season, the Steelers made him look like the same old Daniel Jones, and that was the key to winning the game.

I was worried Taylor would run all over the defense they did a good of limiting him to 45 yards.

The out route's that Jamar burned us on were still open. For some reason Indy went away from those thinking that they will be going to the well too often. That blitz by Peyton was something I didn't expect and was pleasantly surprised. A Lebeau artifact and probably changed the game.

Steelers did the most steelers thing today by beating the hottest team in the AFC only to play down to the bottom feeders later.

They are reeling us fools back in only to punch us right in the dick.

They definitely do, and this was even a solid performance from Austin. The offense is a receiver short. It has been all season.

Of course we play the best game of the season when I'm at work and can only catch glances at the game every so often.

I want to be excited about this win. I'm happy most of us were proven wrong - we expected to get dog walked. So why can't I? Whipped dog syndrome?

An optimist would see this as the first step towards turning it around and contending. A realist thinks, "yeah. I've seen this movie before... ad nauseum." It'll take more than one game to shake that feeling.

Whatever happens - however this season shakes out, please, please, PLEASE don't embarrass the Chargers, give us hope, and then drop 3 games that should be solid wins.

Going to give them the prep on the Flacco/Bengals game, but GB is inexcusable.

true, but the colts also benefitted off turnovers. It wasnt one sided. Im going to give the steelers some props for being ready for a change.

but people were saying the steelers didnt have enough time to prep for 40 year old immobile Joe Flacco on a short week, and it certainly looked that way.

    This is a great win.

Maybe will be the highest quality win we'll have all year (hopefully not).

Nice to see (1) the defense show up making big plays and containing Taylor and (2) us winning the TOP!

I think when the high positive emotion fades a bit, we might start asking why we only won by 10 when we were +5 in turnovers. Six turnovers isn't something that's going to come around too often.

For those hoping for a playoff win, this is the kind of game we're going to need.

Is this version of the Steelers' defense here to stay? Fans held a funeral for the Steelers defense outside Acrisure Stadium before kickoff. Inside the stadium, there was a resurrection as the defense got five sacks, forced six takeaways and held the league's best offense to just 20 points. With a number of defensive players missing (including four safeties), Pittsburgh entered Sunday's game outmanned on paper. Yet it got big contributions from linebacker Payton Wilson (1 INT, 2 PBUs), rookie Jack Sawyer (1 INT) and pass rusher Alex Highsmith (2 sacks, 3 TFLs, 1 FF) for a well-rounded performance. Can the Steelers use the same recipe in Week 10?

100% agree that they deserve credit.

I think especially the Captain Jack INT. Just a great play by both guys.

But it's unlikely that this kind of performance is repeatable.
