Trade deadline for the Steelers

I can agree with you on Najee. After I sent the message I thought about Najee versus Warren and he’s definitely a better pass catcher and blocker. I do remember Najee being a beast for a couple years though. Warren to me is too small to be our workhorse but he’s doing his best. I would like to Gainwell get some more work and see what he can do. When Warren was out Gainwell did pretty good. I’m not saying take Warrens place in the pecking order but at least try 4-5 more carries a game.

We are supposedly shopping for another receiver but we need to get one ASAP. We are about to be 4-4 from 4-1. There’s a lot missing on this team. Even our wins we have had some luck go our way. It seems that early luck has left us. Really our defense is why we are losing games. We spent all this money for an old defense. We paid for names past their prime not for their good play in the past couple years. Although Slay had been at least serviceable. Ramsey on the other hand hasn’t been Ramsey in a couple years. I watched him on the Dolphins a lot bc I live in FL and he was getting torched with them.

Hopefully we can figure it out before it all falls apart again like the last 6-7 years.

 

They need to trade Porter or bench him. He is terrible.

 

His interception helped sealed the win.

 

Need for him to wear one of those dog training collars in practice. Then shock him hard every time he grabs a jersey.

 

I hope they trade for another DB and a good WR.

 

Porter is good for 2x PI penalties every game. He needs to play more man coverage as does the entire D. That's is how they beat the Colts who were expecting a zone today.

 

Wonder if Kahn can trade for a starting caliber left guard

 

I hope they keep the picks ( unlikely to happen), and blow it all up at seasons end. instead of kicking the can on down the road

 

So much of Austin's production is those quick horizontal throws from Rodgers that count on him beating his man in space.

 

Warren is not a better pass blocker than Harris. They are both really good at it. Warren may have finally caught up to him.
