Cost me an extra 8 bux, to put the loose pennies in a cushioned envelope, and they said I could expect it to be delivered around x-mas eve...

Oh - I wouldn't have actually done the physical purchasing/wrapping, etc. Have you NEVER heard of ONLINE shopping?? Of COURSE I wouldn't select, purchase, take it to my residence (ugh), wrap with my own hands, carry to the post office and mail it. YUCK!

 

I'm sorry...I can not and will not, in good faith, let this thread die. If Ben and Hailey would sit down and share their fear of toasters together I am positive we will be in the Superbowl. I heard that we are only drafting players with the T as one of their initials. I heard this from a reliable source who works with a guy that knows a girl that dates a guy that has a kid that plays checkers with an old guy that used to know about this stuff. He said don't worry about a thing, someone will step up and soar with the flying monkeys. Now, all of you are informed before the season begins. Ok...I'm here again to enlighten all you Steelers fans (special-ly the ones brave enough to endure this thread). I have confirmed that it wasn't the money that led Harrison to walk it was a toaster. Apparently, this team was not aware of the aversion to toasters (I guess it was too old school for them) and they presented Harrison with a toaster as a signing bonus. He took one look at it and didn't stop running until he landed in Cincy. I got this from a reliable source, by the way. I met this guy who dated a girl that had a flying monkey she bought off of ebay from a person living with their domestic partner who works at the grocery store where this kids that sweeps the floor overheard a janitor at Hinz field discussing this. Next time I will give you the inside on Wallace. YOUR WELCOME!

I bet there are hundreds of appliance store owners scratching their heads wondering why none of their toasters are selling.

If they were STEELER fans, they would Know to quit ordering toasters, and start teaching classes in the proper technique of how to toast bread (or cook a full course meal), on a Coleman Propane powered camper`s grill!!

 

Every since this thread started...by the way who did start this?...I only fry my bread in a skillet or hold it over the burner for toast. The fire dept. stopped responding after the third time. I asked them what will happen if my house really does start on fire and they told me to grab bread and make toast. I told them no one appreciates a smart a$$! I believe my wife is going to leave me over this phobia of mine and has told me as much. I said to her that she was making me chose between her and my team and, promptly, started helping her pack. Really, I thought I was going to show her one last act of kindness by helping her, just so happens, I am now living out of my car. This story has a happy ending, however! I have learned to make toast using my tail pipe!
