    I miss those years when the steelers had a chance to go in the super bowl so often under Cowher....Ben was the missing piece for Cowher power!

    I have watched it and he has coached and game planned for his players. How many of those guys playing last night also play for the Vikings? Just to be fair I am talking about a coach that helped the Steelers in the past, has a better track record as a defensive coordinator than Austin and would have probably done more to help develop young players than our current staff has the length of their tenure.

    The whole Flores deal reeks of the Rooneys helping the league save face. Flores was suing the league for discrimination. Flores was never going to get the DC position considering Austin was just elevated to the DC position. The assistant coach position simply gave Flores a soft landing spot and the league a way make everything go away

    Move on from Tomlin ball. Offense archaic and d sucks . I think Our GM should go spend another 100 million on defense. Maybe we can be the 31st team against the pass.

    ‘what’s an AFCCG?

    I have faded memories of days when those mattered to steeler fans.

    ‘seriously, how can u possibly knock a coach getting the steeelers to the AFCCG 5 times in this day and age???

    It was a very disappointing performance by the defense especially after coming off that bad showing against the Bengals, I thought they would play a lot better since they had some extra time off.
