    1. Refs did their best to bring the packers back in the 2nd half

    2. 2nd half we totally got away from what got us the lead on both sides of the ball

    3. Secondary was absolutely putrid, be it in coverage or basic tackling

    4. Micah Parsons was moved all over the line..... TJ Watt never once left the left side

    5. 20 consecutive completions is completely unacceptable

    6. Roman Wilson made the big catch early in the 1st quarter.... then we don't see him again until garbage time in the 4th...... what's wrong with the coaches

    7. We keyed on Josh Jacobs, then soften up against his backup

    8. Our pass rush was largely anemic

    9. There's a major problem when Spencer Anderson has as many targets as Darnell Washington

    10. This thing is unraveling quickly.....

    11. Boz is still money

They utilized the quick pass well. The Steelers couldn't stop it.

Long story short, they played for 60 minutes. We let up. We lost.

I am numb at this point. Year after year with an arrogant and unfireable coach. What’s the point in even getting mad?

They game planned pretty good! I think we were outcoached in this one actually. They played it well.

They were the better team today.

This was a very poorly officiated football game. How do they miss GB jumping offsides? How do they miss Broderick Jones leaving a full second before the snap? How do they miss the push off by Kraft on the up for grabs throw? There are so many more. These guys may not have a job next year. On a side note, our historic defense has now surrendered 30 points or more in 4 of 7 games so far.....I'm willing to bet this isnt the last 30 burger we see on this defense!!!

Maybe the horrid officiating on the first two drives of the second half turned it, but the Steelers' defense collapsed. Losing Elliott is brutal. They have no safeties worth a damn. That defense isn't going to stop another decent offense all season. They hung in there in the first half, but that was largely the Packers beating themselves. Once they stopped doing that, the Steelers were helpless.

We had a loss. Heads up.

I will say as loyal as I am, I want them to prove me wrong that we won't sizzle out at the end of the season.

Perpetual 1st round 20th overall picks lmfao.

It's a good thing Devin Bush is all pro:rolleye:

That's kind of where I'm at. No sense getting mad. Until the thing that needs to change does, it's like watching the same movie over and over.

Going into the half with time short, the Steelers went to that prevent the big play defense they love. I said here come the packer's points. The only reason they did not get them was because they missed what should have been a routine FG. They never left that prevent defense after they came back from halftime. Tried to preserve the lead they had and slow the game down. Did not work. We were crushed in the 2nd half.

Roman Wilson earned more playtime today IMO. I really hope they increase his targets.

Love how Warren sees a hole and commits. None of the delaying that allows defenders to reposition. Just acceleration.

Packers always seemed to have someone wide open. Not a little bit open, but standing still while smoking a cigarette and nobody within 5 yards wide open. Very frustrating.

The refs played 2 different games between the 2 halves. The first half had some errors, but was acceptable. The second half was like they got threatened by Chauncey Billups's backers. Most egregious were the offsides no call and the unsportsmanlike bs going on late in the game.

Defense is what I advertised over the summer: old, washed, and slow. They messed this up as far back as January when they began the team building process. No need to fire Austin tomorrow. These issues go as high as Omar Khan, and firing Austin won't change a thing; I'm not implying he deserves to keep his job either. Its time to question Omar for his horrid offseason.

If we keep this up we'll be drafting between 10 and 15.

Once you realize that Mike T is the culprit and there is nothing you can do…… just come on here and complain for therapy. It doesn’t change anything but at least you can look at these delusional homers that still defend him and realize your not completely nuts.

Team was 17th in the 2023 draft.

Likely will have to trade up again.

Good chance at top 10 pick
Defense ranked among worst in league
    Offense not much better
Everyone fooled we put up 30 against another bad defense in the Bengals.
But, I have no faith whatsoever in our current coaching staff to develop a franchise qb.
Clean house, than draft to win

I think we'll have to trade up regardless, but we're on a 7-10 trajectory.

    Seriously, does it even matter?
This current staff hasn’t and won’t develop a franchise qb

Agree with every point. This proves that, unfortunatley, last week wasnt a fluke. Our offense is decent and can put up points but the defense has real problems. And alot of that is systemic/coaching, but there is also a problem with Watt and Cam, they dont seem to have it anymore. And we know, lazy as it seems, Austins defense relied largely on Watt getting pressure. When that doesnt happen the D is dead in the water.

did Highsmith even play? Talk about invisible. This season may be shot and its too bad, because AR still has it and with a good D i think we had a playoff run in us this year. Sucks. I wouldnt be surprised if Mason or Howard finish the year at Qb.

Austin should be let go and Tomlin should be bought out and sent on his merry way as well. This Tomlin era has gone 8 years past its expiration date. We’re Overdue for a change.

    #4… totally agree about Watt.

They kept on saying on TV… Parsons rushes every gap, no matter where he lines up, even if he lines up on the outside.

Until they start doing this with Watt, he will continue to be a non-factor.
