Beef Tenderloin cooked slowly on the grill to 127 degrees. Sit for 20 minutes then slice into even 1/2 inch pieces. Fresh homemade horse radish mixed with mayonnaise then whipped. Fresh crusty bread lightly grilled on each side of grill. Crusty bread with melted cooper sharp cheese and sliced Beef tenderloin topped with horseradish mayonnaise. A little arugula spread on top. Bag of blue Diffenbach potatoes Chips, fried in Lard with a ice draft cold beer. For desert, Renee’s homade chocolate cake with fudge icing and a COLD glass of milk. Then by start of the 3Q I’ll be starting my food coma!

I've got a reverse seared ribeye ready to go.

About 40 minutes @ 200F in the oven until internal temp is ~ 110F. Let it sit for a few minutes. Sear for 75 seconds on each side on a very hot cast iron pan.

Served with black beans, spinach with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. If it was more than just me, I'd grill some brussels sprouts.

ETA...thinking about making a loaf of rye bread too.
