That was the Steelers without Harmon for the whole game and Elliott for most of it. That defense has been a lot less fun to play against the last few games.

We'll see how the defense holds up from late October through early November vs Packers, Colts and Chargers. They go 2-1 or better.... I'll eat a big plate of CROW.

Watching other games today (while doing projects) it's pretty clear the haves and have-nots in the NFL.

MIA; McDaniels has got to be the next on the chopping block.
    NOR: oooph, that defense.
LVR: just a bad team all around and now lost Crosby
NYJ: Oh my, Glenn got a long road ahead

Bad week for the Steelers. We lost a game in the standings to the Bengals and Browns and a half game to the Ravens.

I'm not worried about it. Too much football left to worry about it now.
I haven't seen one team yet this year that if You catch them at the right time, can't lose. Every team out there has lost to teams most think they shouldn't have.

Colts are the best all around team in the NFL, hands down. And they are getting no love from the media.

Great running game. Top 5 Oline. Top 5 defense. Resurgent QB in the mold of Mayfield and Darnold.

It's what we wish the Steelers were.

They have a couple of quality wins but beat up on some bad football teams (wish the Steelers would do the same).

Why, when we were 11 -0 people still complained??
Some of You will not stop complain until the HC is gone, and then You will complain about the next. I've watched this go on for two HCs now.

For the record, I wanted the Bears current coach.... Ben Johnson. He would have been a perfect fit for the modern day Pittsburgh Steelers. It's time for Tomlin to move on. He's been here 5 more seasons than Cowher was coach. He's gonna match Noll, soon. Noll also was here too long.. and should have moved on in the late 80's.

This is the problem, some of You people crown, and down a team/player/coaches too soon. For example: I remember a bunch of people saying that they wish that the Steelers had hired Mike McDaniels as a HC, what a bad decision that would have been, and now those same people act like they never said that.

I never wanted McDaniels as HC... but I damn sure would take him in a heartbeat as OC if Smith gets another HC job.

Fields would be a good backup QB like Fitzpatrick, McCown, Brisset, Tyrod Taylor, etc... with a good OC. He played as good as he could be for Steelers last year under OC Smith. He's not starter material... obviously.
