And yet he had a near career day vs. our defense. And we knew him well.

    Take it easy there captain
Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in awhile.
Yes, either the Jets saved us from Fields by offering more money
    Or
Steelers realized they weren’t going to up the ante to keep him
    Either way it worked out

I would've been okay if he came back to the Steelers this season, he played better with the Steelers than the Jets.

These players need to realize the grass isn't always greener on the other side, the Jets culture has been bad ever since Rex Ryan had a few good years.

Maybe it’s true, but Jets owner is a bad person for saying that about his QB.

    How’s your OLine?
    Got weapons?

    It’s your Organization.

    Starts with you.

He just got the memo that he is being benched next week against the Bengals and Tyrod Taylor is getting the start.

The grass is greener for some though. I bet GP is feeling the grass is pretty green in Dallas.

There are a few teams/jobs that you HAVE to avoid if you want a career though.... Jets QB is one of those. Browns QB is another. Just can't take THAT job.

GP had no choice to where he was going big difference than choosing to go to a bad team in free agency.

I'm no expert but Fields looks worse since he came back from that concussion.

I don't remember, did he win. I can't remember, did he win???
If they, after a whole offseason to game plan, didn't have a good game against us, that would have been the surprise.
I don't know, but someone tell me what was the 1st thing I said after that game. People can go look.
I said that too bad that they don't have a offseason to prepare for every game this year.

Our squirrel must have 10 good eys, because what about Wilson, what about Mason, what about K. Pickett, what about Claypool, what about DJ, what about Dupree, what about T. Edmunds , what about L. Bell, All who were way better here then when they left. Hell what about A. Rodgers??? Should I go on, or stop, I know it doesn't fit the narrative you like, and You will act like this didn't happen.

    ummmmm

Pickett sucked here and when he left
Claypool sucked HERE and when he left.
Edmunds sucked HERE and when he left.

DuPreee was at the end of his career, so was Bell

But it was surprising that we didn’t have a good plan for him? Like the teams that he could barely complete a pass against did? Did he win? No, thanks to the Jets’ former QB and a heroic kick. Should it have taken a 60 yard field goal at the end to win? No.

Like Ray D said in another thread about our stellar defensive coaching. Some people will excuse anything.

This is not hard. Go look at what they did here, and then since they left. It's not difficult. Yeah your right Bell was at the end of his career, that's why everyone offered him top rb money. I know it doesn't fit your narrative.

Tell me I don't have to break down the difference between knowing one man from a team, and knowing all the coaches, and most of the teams players. LoL. I know You aren't this slow.
    For the people that are....
We knew Fields, not the the brand new coach's, or the rest of the team.
They from Fields, knew all of our coaches, and the most of the players he played with, and practiced against the whole year before. This is not difficult.
Let me break it down even for the even slower people.
We knew 1 person on the team, they knew most of the players, and almost all the coaches. Do You see the difference, or must it be broken down even further???
