    Leave Tomlin in Cincy. He hasn't done crap since Cowher's players left. For everyone saying Cowher needed Ben, remember Cowher got to the SB with O'Donnell. Tomlin hasn't even sniffed the SB with anyone but Ben and he didn't draft Ben.

    tomlins success was off the coat tails of cowher. Once the players all cycled out in about 4-5 years it was all tomlin and the team was mediocre.
