    This.

Tomlin has a game plan that can win more than it should when you have **** QBs.

It's among the least entertaining football you can watch, but it works more than it should.

Problem is that it doesn't hold up against good team (i.e. in the playoffs).

The captain of the Titanic was still a captain. The Jets organization is all the deniers that think they are unsinkable. The Jet's ship has already capsized, keel broke in half and on it's way to the bottom not to be found for decades.

The only thing this has to do with the Steelers is many wanted to keep Him.
So if You don't think it belongs mods, feel free to move it, and I apologize.
I heard this on the radio today.
Fewest Passing YPG in the last 10 seasons.
Fields in 2022 with the Bears......, and.....
Fields in 2025 with the Jets.
Crazy stat. Also if this is wrong, blame ESPN.

I understood why we took him in a pinch for a year.

Don`t understand why the Jets paid him big $$$... Ooh wait, losers lose, that`s why.

    LOL.

The Steelers would've brought him back this year, but the Jets offered him more guaranteed money.

FWIW, I wanted us to put JF back in at the end of last season. And I was hoping that we could resign him for this year.

I think he'd be better playing in our system where we would put more constraints on him and not force him to be superman to win games.

But it's pretty clear that old-man Rodgers is better than the guys we had last season. Just like I think that the guys we had last season were better than a room with Mason / Kenny.

There's no good way to get an above average QB in the NFL. The best shot is drafting a guy (preferably in the top 3 picks). I think we've done a pretty good job of churning through options since Ben left to try to get better year over year.

I do think we've been getting better under center. It's just too bad that the AFC has the vast majority of the above average QBs in the league and it's hard to beat Mahomes, Allen, Lamar, Burrow, Stroud, etc in the playoffs (they've basically only lost to each other in the post season).

This year looks like it's shaping up to be our best shot at winning a playoff game. Burrow out. Rats will be in tough to make the playoffs too. KC is struggling.

I just hope that we don't win the division and get a WC game against Mahomes or Lamar who squeak in as a low seed.

Kahn running the con. Forced NYJ into a bidding war to boost the price then dropped out, leaving them holding the bag.

I think him going 4-2 with us gave him some value.

Don't know if any other teams were interested.

I'm very glad they did. They saved the Steelers from themselves.

He owns some really bad stats.

For his own sake, he should have taken the Steelers deal. For our sake, we’re lucky to have gotten Rodgers instead.

If the Steelers pull off a deal for a good #2 WR, I like their chances as good as anyone elses although the Chiefs are starting to heat up.
